and yep it's an incredible way for

it was so long ago as a kid growing up

i mean so many kids they get paranoid i

define us so how do we create a life

one of the the ways that i

my childhood because of the abuse that i

received from my

mother mostly but as well my father he

was the enabler

and allowed it to continue is that i

gather the gifts

from those experiences if i hadn't had

done that i it would have crushed me

so i didn't grow up with empathy i

didn't grow up with compassion i didn't

um positive touch so those are the

things that i

gained because it was there was a lack

of that and those were the gifts that i

and so any experience that i'm going

through whether it be positive or

negative i try to gather the gifts from

it so that i can grow and move forward

but that's not always easy is it no no

but living the life that you envision
