couple things that actually happened so

in the past when I go to Las Vegas I

would bring my sexy little dresses and

my high heels and I would go out on the

town I mean and I would go a lot of

times to Las Vegas this time I packed

jeans no sexy dresses or at least those

sexy dresses that I thought were sexy

and no I heels just jeans and very plain

tops and that was it

and what was that about I mean really

what was that about maybe I thought I

couldn't carry it off anymore with my

gray hair which by the way it's reveal

time take a look I am really coming in

white and maybe I was having some issues

with that so what was that about over

found myself people watching and I

realized that I was comparing myself to

all the beautiful people out there and I

didn't feel all that beautiful you know

I've been thinking about that a lot

since I returned home and I took a long

hard look at myself in the mirror and I

saw that my mindset had sabotage how I

feel about myself and about going out

and having a good time as one of our
