0:23
the topics that shape mental health
0:25
today so whether you're here live or on
0:27

0:30
you're tuning in from in the comments
0:32
below
0:33
so Rob I'm excited about our topic today
0:36
it's about how to live a fulfilling life
0:40
so I'd first like to introduce a
0:41
gentleman by the name of Chris tuch he's
0:44
the creator of hustlingforhappiness.com
0:47
it was established in 2018 with the
0:50
desire to help motivate and Inspire as
0:52
many people as possible he wrote a
0:54
powerful article about seven powerful
0:57
questions to ask for fulfilling life
0:59
that is that is the foundation of
1:01
today's conversation so oh
1:04
let's do this let's talk about those
1:07
seven powerful questions
1:09
what are they
1:11
all right so the first one is what
1:13
brings me my highest Joy
1:17
um well actually I can go in right now
1:19
as to what I feel fulfillment means by
1:21
using that question
1:24
um fulfillment doesn't necessarily mean
1:26
you have to be happy about it all the
1:28
time uh so what brings me my highest Joy
1:31
is when I do what I gotta get done I
1:35
appreciate those uh who help and I am
1:39
gracious for what comes of it so whether
1:42
it's doing all my habits during the day
1:44
whether it's taking a few minutes to
1:47
just relax and chill or whether it's
1:50
doing something of importance like a
1:53
chore whether it's doing my laundry
1:54
feeding the dogs whatever it may be
1:57
that's what brings me the most Joy
2:00
because I accomplished what I desire to
2:04
do good good answer in my case
2:08
um I would actually say and I didn't
2:10
even discuss this with you beforehand
2:11
what's bringing me right now the
2:13
greatest joy are doing shows with you
2:16
um it's unusual I mean I I think if
2:18
somebody had told either one of us you
2:21
know several years ago that the two of
2:22
you are going to sit on a camera and and
2:24
talk about stuff uh I would have said uh
2:28
thanks for playing
2:30
um but clearly here we are and I have to
2:34
tell you rob it brings me great joy
2:35
first of all to see how
2:37
um you have grown and also to see how
2:40
you've grown in the mental health
2:41
community and what you're doing out
2:42
there so that brings me a tremendous
2:44
amount of Joy so that's my answer for
2:46
that one what's the second one what
2:47
would be a second powerful question
2:50
all right so the next one that he wrote
2:52
down was what is the best version of me
2:55
or my life look like
2:58
um
2:59
loaded question right because I think
3:01
everybody's gonna have their individual
3:03
um
3:04
uh answer
3:07
um the best version I think is the
3:09
growing and doing every day I think the
3:12
best version does not necessarily have
3:14
to be a final um
3:16
outcome
3:18
um you know I've talked in therapy and
3:20
other and other ways uh that the best
3:23
excuse me best version is continuing to
3:25
learn so for me the best version is not
3:28
one
3:29
purpose
3:31
but it's every time I find out something
3:34
new every time I add a new habit to my
3:38
routine every time I learned something
3:41
you know I watch a lot of History
3:44
Channel I read a lot of like books and
3:47
every time I learned something I didn't
3:48
know before that's a better version you
3:52
know the next best version it's like the
3:54
2.0 3.0 whatever number you want
3:58
um but yeah I mean it's loaded because
4:01
it's definitely one of those questions
4:02
you would see on like a high school you
4:04
know let's talk about yourself test or a
4:07
job interview or a job interview there
4:09
you go yeah
4:10
um but I would say the best version is
4:12
the one that doesn't actually have a
4:14
finality but one that grows and learns
4:18
um in any form whether it's it's like
4:20
our mental whether it's physical whether
4:24
it's important not important it's
4:26
learning that I think makes you the best
4:29
uh you can be so to speak you know
4:32
I agree it's a tough question and as as
4:35
you're answering I'm thinking to myself
4:36
I'm not really sure what the best
4:39
version of my life looks like other than
4:41
to say
4:43
um I can I can talk about specifics the
4:46
best version of my life would be that I
4:48
get to spend time with my family the
4:51
best version of my life is that I can do
4:53
the work that I want to do
4:55
um and I think it comes down to that is
4:58
that I'm showing up in those aspects of
5:01
my life uh the best way that I can
5:11
exactly I like to say that I I give 150
5:16
of my time and you know that's true I am
5:18
I don't do anything not just halfway I
5:21
don't even do it a hundred percent way I
5:23
always like to give a little bit more
5:25
than people expect
5:27
um because because it's that's who I am
5:29
and I want people to walk away and say
5:31
wow that was really cool so that would
5:34
be my best version I guess
5:36
all right
5:38
so the next one here is uh what steps
5:40
can I take today that will move me
5:42
toward my dreams uh so obviously we've
5:45
talked about uh self-reliance is a big
5:47
deal for for everybody
5:50
um so really the steps that I can take
5:51
today or any day is pushing me towards
5:54
doing that so whether you know
5:56
monetizing whether finding that home
5:59
that makes me feel like a home versus a
6:01
house you know
6:02
um but this but again the steps really
6:04
are
6:06
they're different not necessarily person
6:09
to person but how you do them like you
6:11
obviously do everything the same way but
6:14
you do at your own same way if that
6:16
makes sense so whereas you know I'm not
6:19
going into the business course and you
6:21
know doing a lawyer or doing or whatever
6:23
I'm not going to go you know do that I'm
6:25
going to find ways to do what I got to
6:27
do in the ability that I can yes you
6:30
know you guys know from my other
6:31
episodes and from here that the
6:33
limitations do cause me to only be able
6:35
to do it but at the same time because I
6:38
can give like you said 150 percent to to
6:42
one thing it allows me to move forward
6:45
to what I got to do and yes we joke you
6:48
know it's not it's going to take a while
6:49
it's not an overnight success we'd all
6:51
love it to be you wake up in the morning
6:53
with a billion dollars in your account
6:55
um it kind of reminds you of that
6:57
vaynerchuk guy who's like oh you can
6:58
wake up tomorrow with you know nah he's
7:01
cool um but yeah the steps you take are
7:04
really what's going to work I I hate the
7:06
books that say you know do X Y and Z and
7:09
that's the only way to get it done
7:10
annual for a while you know when you
7:13
were doing business before the books
7:15
would always say you have to do it this
7:16
way you have to do it now I like it now
7:19
that you can
7:20
pick and choose you know collage your
7:23
your thing I love that collage oh I love
7:27
it I just made that up right now thank
7:29
you
7:30
um but yeah I mean the the steps are
7:33
there and and actually one thing I'd
7:34
want to prod bring up is the steps can
7:36
change so you know we when we do the the
7:40
after video stuff here we might for one
7:43
video do something realize oops that
7:45
didn't work so we'll do a different way
7:47
it's still the same step
7:49
but it's um a different way of
7:54
I don't know going about it I guess
7:57
um
7:58
so yeah I mean I guess
8:00
I guess that's what I would say I don't
8:02
know kind of a long-winded answer but it
8:04
may it makes steps it makes steps it
8:06
makes sense and I'm going to talk about
8:08
steps
8:09
um you know I I'm all about structure
8:12
I'm all about having my my things that I
8:15
do every day I have a morning routine
8:17
which by the way we're going to be
8:18
talking about next week we're going to
8:20
talk about morning routines but for me
8:22
literally when you say what steps can I
8:24
take today to be the best you know what
8:27
to move me towards my dreams and that
8:29
would be literally doing those things
8:31
every morning that I have made a
8:33
commitment to myself to do and that
8:35
includes you know all sorts of
8:37
meditation and I take the dog who's
8:39
barking at me right now take the dog for
8:41
a walk I have that stuff and that makes
8:43
it easier for me to get closer to where
8:47
I want to be because when I don't do
8:49
those things I feel like I take a step
8:51
back
8:52
and I just want to add in too because
8:54
you know they say the word dreams but I
8:55
think they can change daily as well your
8:58
dream doesn't have to be the same thing
9:00
all the time so as long as you're doing
9:02
something that's going towards what you
9:03
want generally
9:05
right that's good you know you no pun
9:08
intended but you're a step in the right
9:09
direction
9:12
exactly I love this next
9:16
uh this one is this one's another weird
9:18
ones like a job interviews here uh how
9:20
can it be a better service I feel like
9:22
you know oh the waiter at the restaurant
9:23
what can I do for you
9:25
so better service
9:27
um I guess probably makes sense to kind
9:29
of quickly make a definition of it for
9:32
me better service I think is what can
9:34
you do to just generally help not
9:37
necessarily it's got to be an individual
9:39
just generally what can you do to make
9:42
the world a better place you know and
9:43
they always joke you know smile at the
9:45
person down the street
9:47
the delivery man which felt will make
9:49
you be like why are you waving at me
9:52
um so how can I be um
9:55
I don't know this one is one of the few
9:57
that really is difficult to answer
9:59
answer
10:01
um
10:02
I would say just kind of keep on doing
10:04
what I'm doing I guess to to the Fuller
10:07
extent fullest extent
10:09
um
10:10
I guess it depends on the service that
10:13
needs to be given I don't know what do
10:16
you think you know there's there's an
10:17
acronym what's in it for them with it
10:21
and and we always talk about that in
10:24
whatever we do and however we show out
10:26
what's in it for the customer or the
10:29
client or your friend or your family
10:31
member what
10:33
I'm going to put you on solo and talk a
10:36
little bit about that while I let the
10:37
dog out of the room all right sounds
10:39
good
10:40
all right so I will take over for a
10:42
minute so she actually made a very good
10:43
uh um
10:45
so what can you do now the customer
10:48
thing actually brings me back to when I
10:50
was working at the bookstore my own
10:52
bookstore but also the other bookstore
10:54
what can I do to make it easier and it
10:57
actually was really simple it wasn't a
10:59
matter of telling them or finding what
11:01
they were looking for Sometimes the best
11:03
customers the one who's like hey I want
11:05
to read about dogs what do you have okay
11:08
sure come on over
11:09
one of these three check it out if you
11:12
don't like that check out the rest let
11:13
me know what else you got it was as
11:15
simple as just saying I'll give you my
11:18
opinion I'll give you my thoughts you
11:20
take it as as the step where you want to
11:23
go right right and and in in my case
11:25
when I'm doing stuff I want to make sure
11:27
that everything I'm doing is not all
11:29
about me right it's about the the person
11:32
that I'm working with so what's in it
11:34
for them and it's actually an acronym
11:36
with it I mean we use it all the time in
11:38
business what's in it for them not
11:40
what's in it for me but what's in it for
11:42
them and everything that I do I think I
11:45
frame in my mind can you cry what can I
11:48
do to show up
11:50
even more and it kind of goes with my
11:53
question my answer before right show up
11:55
with more than they ever expected so
11:57
that's how I show up with more service
11:59
or better I'll I'll take that that's
12:02
okay
12:04
all right the next one up here uh am I
12:08
chasing Perfection or progress
12:10
it's funny I can see where this guy was
12:13
writing his blog from but at the same
12:14
time it's like these are the things you
12:16
would do when you're you know trying to
12:18
get a job
12:19
um so am I changing virtual progress
12:21
um I would like to say progress uh
12:23
Perfection obviously is one of those bad
12:25
words it's a four-letter word
12:27
um but really at the same time I mean
12:29
Perfection can just be getting your
12:31
chores done I mean if you are happy
12:32
after you finish doing your chores and
12:35
that's Perfection cool go for it
12:37
um at the same time progress also could
12:39
maybe be a bad word as well because what
12:42
are you really progressing from you know
12:44
like and and it goes back to my when I
12:46
study you know history stuff like that
12:48
the the shows that always interest me
12:51
the most are when you see how far
12:53
different things have come for instance
12:55
there's a whole series on YouTube
12:56
channel the the businesses That Shaped
12:58
America so Carnegie Steele
13:01
um the the railroads all that stuff and
13:04
that's when I I think about what
13:06
progress and Perfection mean because
13:08
it's great that it's done it's great
13:10
that we have it but what did they
13:13
exactly prove or do now that we're here
13:16
and a lot of it's kind of now
13:19
ancient history you know interest so for
13:22
me when you say chasing products version
13:24
I would say really neither I'd say I'm
13:26
just kind of chasing the goals that I'm
13:28
trying to do which could be Perfection
13:31
it could be progress but in my terms I'm
13:33
just chasing what I feel is good and
13:36
what makes me appreciative so I would
13:39
change the word to you know what am I
13:41
chasing and I would say appreciation and
13:43
gratitude right right and I like to say
13:46
that Perfection is boring because
13:50
because that's how I feel and and
13:53
they're especially if I'm a control
13:55
freak I like to control everything
13:57
around me and I want it to be exactly
13:59
perfect however I am a big enough uh
14:03
girl to understand that perfect is not
14:07
necessarily what we want to strive for
14:09
we want to strive for the best that we
14:11
can be whether it's perfect or not
14:13
um and I do like the idea of progress
14:15
because I think progress
14:17
um kind of is defines moving a step
14:20
forward progress is always to me goes
14:23
forward rather than backwards if you're
14:26
making progress you're moving forward
14:28
um and I I think that sometimes we can
14:30
look at what we're doing and say
14:32
um I've made progress I've gone from
14:34
here
14:35
to here you know I've learned how to do
14:38
this and now I can do this that's that
14:39
would be progress but I T and I tend to
14:42
if I have to pick those two words and I
14:44
agree with you I'm not sure those two
14:45
words are the the best I like the way
14:47
you put it
14:49
um but I I I go far away I run away from
14:52
Perfection I I work hard not to be
14:55
perfect in fact I I celebrate myself
14:57
when I actually make a mistake and let's
15:00
talk about a little about Zentangle
15:01
Zentangle the art that I talk about all
15:04
the time is all about there are no
15:07
mistakes there's no such thing as what
15:09
it means to be perfect and for somebody
15:11
like me who's always you know doing that
15:13
that's why I like Zentangle because I
15:16
can make mistakes and it's okay and
15:18
that's that's kind of an interesting
15:20
thing that I just realized as I was
15:21
talking Zentangle is my uh not it's okay
15:24
not to be perfect you can make mistakes
15:27
and actually it's funny on our column
15:29
calendar today one of the days this
15:30
month it literally just says remember
15:32
it's okay to make a mistake and it's
15:35
funny because you laugh at that but
15:36
you're like okay yeah that's okay that's
15:39
cool I get it you know exactly
15:43
um okay so the next one uh how can I
15:45
improve by one percent
15:48
um
15:49
you know I mean I feel like I'm entering
15:51
the same answer and over again but I
15:53
think
15:53
um anything I do
15:56
generally is an improvement by one
15:59
percent and actually this takes me to my
16:02
day-to-day thing and you know this is
16:04
I've done uh via my therapist we talked
16:06
about it instead of looking at what's to
16:09
come which is great for me because I you
16:11
know I too too many things I can't do
16:15
um I do my day-to-day so when I and
16:18
every night before I go to bed uh you
16:20
know Chris and I will be like so what
16:21
are we looking forward to tomorrow and
16:23
we'll list off you know the five things
16:24
I'm looking forward to but not until the
16:26
end of the day because the point of the
16:28
day is to do what you're doing so before
16:30
we ask that question each other we say
16:32
what did you like about today and it
16:34
makes us go back and go okay what did I
16:35
do today well I got to do this you know
16:37
I got to watch this show you know we got
16:39
to eat this really good food whatever it
16:42
was and that's how you can improve by
16:45
just one percent by just sticking to the
16:48
moment of the time
16:51
um so
16:52
yeah I mean the best way to say it how
16:54
can I improve it's just by continuously
16:56
enjoying the monument so for instance
16:59
we're in the video right now enjoying
17:01
the moment of the video right and taking
17:04
those and you know the whole idea of one
17:06
percent they've talked about habits I
17:08
mean I've read I've read a tremendous
17:11
amount of books that talk about habits
17:13
and if you just incrementally change one
17:17
little thing and then add another little
17:19
thing and that's when I see one percent
17:21
that's kind of what comes to mind is
17:22
what can I do what what little step can
17:24
I do right this minute to take me to the
17:27
next place that I need to be and and I
17:30
think that in anything that you're doing
17:32
if you remain stagnant
17:35
right and don't don't go either way
17:37
backwards or forwards I think that's
17:40
really boring I think that that's like
17:42
why I always want to be moving
17:45
incrementally right making progress
17:48
however we want to say it at least one
17:50
percent and create those habits on top
17:53
of habits on top of habits and that to
17:55
me is what that's all about
17:58
how about the next one
18:00
all right well I would hope to say that
18:02
the answer to this is appreciation but
18:04
the question is do I appreciate those in
18:06
my life or take them for granted um I
18:09
would say I would hope I appreciate
18:11
um and I think I think I show it
18:13
generally
18:14
um but again it's the not the the gift
18:17
giving it's not the having to
18:19
continuously say oh good job it's just
18:21
the the show again the showing up I
18:24
think that's our phrase of it's the
18:26
Sesame Street phrase of the day
18:29
um but that's I think that's how you
18:31
show appreciation and you know you can
18:33
use your resources so if you know some
18:36
like you know you know people that do
18:37
certain things and you expand that way
18:39
so you can use your resources without
18:42
you know taking it for granted and
18:45
that's where this question you know I
18:46
don't I really don't like how he worded
18:47
this question I really think this is
18:49
more of like how do you show
18:50
appreciation or how do you use the help
18:53
that you give so anytime that someone's
18:56
like hey I got this cool thing sure I'll
18:58
take advantage of that I'll go grab that
18:59
and lose it I'm not taking advantage of
19:01
the the situation of the person I'm just
19:04
saying hey I got a free pass to do
19:06
something let's try it out and see what
19:07
happens right and that's that's where it
19:10
is so you know
19:12
overall because this is the last
19:14
question here overall I wouldn't say
19:16
these are the best wordings but I do see
19:19
where he was coming from as far as
19:21
trying to get you to turn the gears
19:25
and really this discussion is all about
19:28
seeing why from appreciation and
19:30
gratitude rather than what we seem to
19:33
read a lot is how do you find happiness
19:35
what's the search of wait and what makes
19:37
you happy so I really like the idea of
19:38
appreciation and gratitude and in fact
19:40
when I do my meditation in the morning
19:42
one of the things I do is a gratitude
19:45
meditation to remind me that I do have
19:48
so much to be grateful for and when I
19:51
take the dog for a walk I don't just
19:53
take the dog for a walk I'm looking
19:54
around at the flowers and the trees and
19:56
thinking God it's so hot out here but
19:59
but meaning that I'm appreciating what
20:02
is out in the world and and in turn that
20:05
makes me happy right I mean isn't that
20:07
the whole idea of this is that
20:09
um if we can see life and appreciate and
20:12
be grateful then in fact happiness is
20:15
going to just be there
20:17
yeah no I would have to agree I mean I I
20:19
don't like those things or like oh find
20:21
you're happy oh happiness
20:24
happiness is kind of overrated but um
20:27
but yeah in order to do and actually I'm
20:31
glad you brought the meditation because
20:32
when I do mine too I think about other
20:33
people like you know you know uh family
20:35
uh my wife my pets just because just
20:39
naturally it's like I'm not just making
20:40
sure I'm okay but I'm making sure
20:42
everything around me is is going well
20:44
and hope aesthetic is one of my favorite
20:46
words
20:48
um but yeah I mean it's a matter of of I
20:52
feel like I'm saying appreciation over
20:53
and over but it's a matter of
20:54
appreciating the appreciation you know
20:57
you you wake up and the first and I
20:59
think um one of the routines that I saw
21:01
on YouTube I'm following a lot of people
21:03
doing morning routines and one of them
21:05
was just like when you wake up think of
21:07
the first thing you want to do and just
21:09
kind of do that and make that the start
21:11
of your day don't think about anything
21:12
else to worry about anything just kind
21:14
of wake up and go what do I want to do
21:15
today
21:16
and right and another thing that might
21:20
be kind of fun to do and get you into a
21:22
habit is maybe at the end of the day or
21:25
at the beginning of the day list three
21:27
things that you're grateful for
21:29
yeah absolutely yeah right have a
21:32
gratitude Journal so I mean there's all
21:34
different kinds of journals you can have
21:36
I have a journal that I write in but in
21:37
that journal I also will write down
21:39
things that I'm grateful for and
21:41
sometimes it's the same thing every
21:42
single day
21:43
because that's really what I'm grateful
21:46
for so for those of you who are just you
21:48
know tuning in and you're you're
21:49
listening to this if that might be kind
21:51
of fun thing to do and maybe it's in the
21:52
beginning of the day when you wake up
21:54
I'm I'm I'm up that's I'm grateful I
21:57
woke up today you know it's sunny
22:00
outside or it's you know whatever it is
22:02
and start that habit because when you
22:06
used I like to do it in the morning at
22:08
night I'm too tired and I forget but in
22:10
the morning it starts your day with with
22:13
gratitude I mean how can it how can you
22:15
not have a good day when you literally
22:17
start the day saying I'm grateful for my
22:20
family I'm grateful that I woke up this
22:21
morning I'm grateful I have food to eat
22:23
whatever those things are do you have a
22:26
so do you do a gratitude
22:28
um
22:29
thing
22:30
well for me it's just I I do the you
22:32
know what I want what I want to do today
22:34
what's my one goal for the day and I
22:36
think of that but what I actually today
22:37
on our com calendar it was make a 2B
22:40
list and A2B
22:43
is
22:44
um basically it's a few words that you
22:47
want to fulfill that day and it's kind
22:49
of cool I actually think I might want to
22:50
add that into my regular thing but
22:52
really it's just a matter of you picking
22:54
words so for instance today you know my
22:56
words were appreciative and gracious uh
22:58
loving and um and helpful helpful and
23:02
productive those are my four words and
23:04
it was really cool because I didn't know
23:05
what a 2B list was I looked it up on on
23:07
the internet and I was like oh
23:09
it's literally a to-do list but with
23:11
adjectives and it's adjectives to
23:12
describe you so I so I'm glad you said
23:14
that because I wanted to bring that up
23:15
but um yeah no it's uh what for me it's
23:20
it's uh picking what I want to do uh
23:22
doing my morning meditation and usually
23:24
by then I can start the day do my stuff
23:27
um and just kind of keep going from them
23:30
right and you know and this is uh I'd
23:33
love to get your
23:34
um opinion on this about because it's
23:37
going to lead into next week and we want
23:38
you to tune in next week because this is
23:40
gonna we're gonna give you some really
23:43
um specific helpful hints on how to have
23:45
a good morning routine Rob does
23:47
something different than I do but there
23:48
are some certain things that we do
23:49
actually the same thing so when you're
23:51
when you're thinking about this and and
23:54
when you're thinking about starting your
23:55
day and and being grateful and if you if
23:59
you say today I'm going to be I am going
24:02
to look at everything through grateful
24:03
eyes
24:04
or through appreciative eyes and if you
24:07
make that commitment I don't think
24:09
either one of us is saying that that's
24:10
going to be easy all day long and you're
24:12
just going to be grateful no you're not
24:14
but when you start with that
24:18
um decision it's a decision right we
24:20
make decisions every day whether we're
24:22
going to be appreciative or whether
24:24
we're just going to say this day is just
24:26
right we have to we have to physically
24:29
and mentally make that decision would
24:31
you agree
24:32
yeah and you know as you know uh for the
24:34
past month I was uh keeping the momentum
24:37
going is what I was calling it and
24:38
really after 30 days it's hard to
24:42
actually not just do the things because
24:44
I've been doing them for so long so now
24:46
it's weird to go backwards and do
24:49
something I was because I'm like that
24:52
just doesn't feel right
24:54
um so you know and it doesn't have to be
24:55
the whole month I think you know a
24:57
couple weeks or whatever you want to do
24:58
but the fact that I purposely made you
25:02
know that month I'm like I'm just gonna
25:04
just do my thing and I used to I used to
25:07
ask her at the beginning of the month
25:08
like did I keep my momentum now I'm just
25:10
like you know you did and you're my my
25:12
thing so yeah and you know especially
25:16
the topic uh next time you know for me
25:18
my official day starts a little bit
25:20
later than others so my morning routine
25:23
starts a little bit earlier and it leads
25:26
into what my first activity or job of
25:29
the day is around you know 10 a.m
25:32
um but yeah it's it's
25:34
it's hard but it's not once you realize
25:37
how not hard it actually is if that
25:40
makes sense no it does it does we all I
25:42
think we all get caught up in oh it's
25:44
just it's too hard to do I'm not going
25:46
to remember I'm not going to remember
25:47
that I have this routine I'm not and yes
25:50
maybe the first couple of days maybe in
25:52
the first week you know you're having to
25:54
literally put a Post-It note next to
25:56
your you know as you get out of bed oh
25:58
don't forget to go do that I have gotten
26:01
to the point because I've been doing
26:02
this for so long that on the few days
26:04
that I don't do it
26:06
I feel it
26:07
yes yes yes
26:11
it makes me remember I have to do that
26:14
tomorrow or if I didn't meditate I'll
26:17
make a point of meditating at night
26:18
because I know if I haven't
26:21
truly I do know if I have it
26:24
