hello everyone Karen Glasser here and
0:06
welcome to minding your mental health
0:07
I'm here with my co-host and Son Rob
0:10
Glasser hey Rob how you doing not too
0:13
bad great well we you know we talk about
0:15
topics that shape mental health today
0:17
teach the importance of inclusion and
0:20
share why we should be kind so whether
0:21
you're here live or on replay we love
0:24
you let us know where you're tuning in
0:26
from
0:27
today our topic is all about loving
0:30
yourself I love this topic oh no pun
0:33
intended I love this topic so what are
0:36
we doing about love today
0:38
well excuse me it is a very important
0:42
topic to do and is one that everybody
0:44
should practice daily for themselves and
0:47
of course for others too because gotta
0:50
be nice to everybody even if you don't
0:52
want to be just kidding
0:54
um so we're going to start you out
0:55
pretty easy here so one thing that we
0:57
talk about a lot are activities you can
0:59
do that don't take much time probably no
1:03
money and they're just things to enjoy
1:06
now I guess caveat would be we're
1:09
talking about loving yourself but in a
1:10
way you know passion meaning love
1:14
appreciation
1:16
it can all mean the same thing here
1:17
right right so we have just a few and
1:20
literally just a few activities to try
1:23
uh to get that love to or where does it
1:27
Bring Back That Loving Feeling
1:29
um
1:30
there you go right it is a song All
1:33
right so number one and this is one that
1:35
we do here at home daily
1:38
play with the fur babies
1:41
um nothing's better than having a cuddle
1:43
session some belly rubs for the dog I
1:46
mean maybe for you I don't know
1:48
um or maybe a game of fetch or tug of
1:51
war but sometimes just sitting with them
1:53
and snuggling is a great thing to do
1:56
right oh hey you would appreciate them
1:59
all I know because she does the cat
2:01
rescue so there you go you understand I
2:03
love it so we're so glad you're back
2:04
we're so glad you're back hi Chris
2:06
um so yeah so playing with the pets a
2:08
great way to make you feel good
2:11
um it costs zero dollars because it's
2:13
just you and the you know puppies
2:16
kitties bunnies whatever I mean hey we
2:18
had birds and fish too so yeah
2:20
absolutely if you're just tuning in
2:22
we're talking about loving ourselves let
2:25
us know what you think about loving
2:27
yourself and all the different
2:28
activities that we're going to come up
2:29
with right now so what's number two rob
2:31
what's another all right so this is one
2:33
that I love and this is one I think is
2:34
very important for not only mental but
2:36
physical get Act active now we've talked
2:39
about this a few times right it doesn't
2:41
matter how you do it I do it from home
2:43
on on YouTube if you're lucky enough to
2:46
be somewhere where there's maybe a uh an
2:49
open space which we actually kind of
2:51
have by S2 we have a lot of open space
2:53
as well pet therapy is my favorite as
2:56
well hey Barbara hi there
2:59
um but being active uh being active in
3:02
any way uh I like doing exercise because
3:04
I know how important it is to stay fit
3:06
especially in a time like this uh but
3:09
being active it also releases the
3:11
endorphins right it releases all the
3:13
happy chemicals in your brain
3:17
um I'll throw it to you for a second I
3:18
know you walk the dog do you do any
3:20
other active activity
3:23
um I'm a big Walker so when I'm not
3:24
walking the dog and it's not 122 degrees
3:28
um I walk three miles a day and I power
3:31
walk and it's a difference between
3:32
regular walking and power walking
3:34
meaning that I can do a mile in about 10
3:37
minutes which is pretty good for walking
3:40
um and I'll do three miles and that's
3:42
about all I do I mean I could be doing a
3:45
lot more here we have golf we have
3:46
pickleball we have Bocce you know I
3:49
don't do any of that but I do walk so
3:51
any exercise helps right and I might try
3:54
to come over and do some golf because I
3:55
really do want to get it okay all right
3:58
number three and this is also very good
4:00
when you can volunteer
4:03
um again doesn't have to be anything
4:04
extravagant and you can even do it
4:07
online as well um places like autism
4:09
walks does autism uh online walks where
4:12
you give and they give you you know a
4:15
t-shirt you can go to like Chris does
4:18
you can go to an animal shelter uh you
4:21
can go to actually what we did recently
4:24
we uh purged a bunch of our stuff and uh
4:27
Krista my wife dropped off a bunch of
4:30
things to
4:31
um you know the Goodwill right so any
4:33
kind of giving back is great not only
4:36
for you but for them but also look into
4:39
it though as
4:42
do it for the sake of the good not for
4:45
what it's going to do for you I know you
4:46
get a lot of stuff when you do it but
4:48
for me when I get back I I always look
4:51
at the other versus what I'm going to do
4:54
you know get out of it
4:58
oh you are preparing a longer live show
5:01
for pets in need I love that Chris let
5:02
us know when you're doing that and we'll
5:04
give you a shout out to let make sure
5:05
people go and watch all right
5:07
cool kind of like our possible setup
5:09
we're gonna do too all right number four
5:12
now this is something that I think you
5:14
do in elementary school I think it's
5:17
like a little craft thing but create a
5:19
gratitude tree
5:20
it's something I've seen done on paper I
5:23
don't know it could be done other ways
5:24
but basically you cut out or you draw a
5:28
tree and you draw empty leaves and in
5:31
those leaves you write down a word or a
5:34
thing you're grateful for and then you
5:37
put it up on your wall you put up
5:38
whatever and it's clever it's a clever
5:41
little idea I know you can get more
5:42
creative and do the whole art thing
5:44
whatever but
5:46
just just drawing a picture and drawing
5:48
some some leaves or some branches and
5:51
you write down what you're grateful for
5:52
so you know wife Family Health place you
5:55
know a place to live stuff like that
5:58
um this one is probably more personal
6:02
right for the individual doing it might
6:05
not necessarily be something you do with
6:06
somebody else uh it could be University
6:08
and maybe it's not a tree maybe it's a
6:11
gratitude Journal maybe it's a gratitude
6:14
um
6:15
right I know I'm a journal girl
6:19
but it's kind of a fun little thing to
6:21
do and really it's a way to write down
6:23
and actually for me I could write down a
6:25
list because I'm a list person I can
6:26
write down things I'm grateful for and
6:27
every morning I wake up I actually have
6:29
pictures in my bathroom that we made on
6:31
the printer with a quote and a picture
6:33
of us and it's a quote that I read every
6:36
morning I love that just to make me you
6:37
know feel good now the last one here
6:40
also something we've talked about before
6:41
deep breathing
6:44
um I look at this less from the
6:46
meditative point and just from the
6:47
breathing point A lot of times it'll say
6:49
take a few seconds and just take a
6:51
breath don't have to do it during any
6:54
time
6:55
um sometimes I'll say do it right before
6:57
you're about to do something important
6:59
but just breathe and it's it's funny to
7:02
tell people to breathe because you're
7:03
like well
7:06
yeah and I think the difference is is
7:08
yes we all breathe we breathe with that
7:10
I mean think about it we breathe all day
7:12
long because if we didn't we'd be dead
7:13
but in terms of when we say Just Breathe
7:16
we literally are actively engaged in the
7:20
activity of breathing so we're counting
7:22
or we're paying attention to the the air
7:25
that goes through our nose and the air
7:27
that goes out you know that kind of
7:29
thing so it's intentional breathing it's
7:31
not just we're breathing to live and I
7:33
think there's a huge difference there
7:35
though I am very blessed to be able to
7:37
breed to live so yes just just put that
7:39
out there good point so those are just a
7:42
few uh let us know if there's any other
7:44
activities you like doing whether it is
7:46
something athletic or sporty whether
7:48
it's sitting at home with your dog or
7:50
cat or put it in the comments it's you
7:52
know whatever yep next up
7:56
um first of our two opinion pieces we're
7:58
going to talk about finding meaning
8:01
um so put this as an opinion piece
8:04
because as I was searching through the
8:06
internet it was hard to find anything
8:08
that made sense to go off of because
8:10
everything I read was like somebody's
8:12
personal opinion so what I don't I'll
8:16
answer first or second but what is
8:18
meaning what do we think meaning is do
8:20
you want me to go first you want me
8:21
first okay so meaning I think is finding
8:25
what you want what you need or what you
8:29
feel and going towards it meaning it's
8:32
like the meaning of life you know the
8:33
age-rel question what is the meaning of
8:35
life there is no answer right because
8:36
it's different for everybody everybody
8:38
has a different meaning to life but for
8:41
me meaning is finding your thing so to
8:45
speak and going towards it that's my
8:49
definition what's your difference right
8:50
and I would say similar I mean when you
8:52
find we hear all the time Find meaning
8:54
in your life find something that right
8:57
and I think it's that which brings us
9:00
joy or brings us closer to our
9:03
destination brings us closer to where we
9:05
want to be and have a meaningful life
9:08
that it's beneficial it's worthwhile I
9:11
want to use the word worthwhile I think
9:12
meaningful and worthwhile my but again
9:14
it's a personal thing right and that's
9:16
why we're doing it's an opinion piece
9:18
everybody has their own definition of
9:21
meaningful let's see who we got here um
9:23
Barbara my goodness yeah your business
9:27
is good for your mental health it gives
9:28
you purpose and I love what I do and
9:30
Barbara you have an amazing store if
9:33
anyone lives in Woodland Hills
9:34
California go on over to Beavers Den
9:38
she has the most amazing Antiques and
9:40
just incredible things so go check her
9:43
out I just had to give you a shout out
9:44
sorry
9:46
well then okay so I couldn't talk
9:48
meaningful without this man here you
9:52
know how much I love them I think people
9:54
at this point watching know too it's
9:56
like a bromance thing that he doesn't
9:58
know about apparently but this is the
10:01
second book that I've read from him I
10:03
think he actually just got a brand new
10:04
one out because I found on Amazon's got
10:06
a new book but this one is it's so funny
10:10
because he talks about you know the
10:12
silliness of how obsessed we are with
10:14
things but the art of Happiness to him
10:16
is it's not really of of a fulfilling
10:20
finding thing it's not something you're
10:22
looking at he talks about and let me
10:24
just kind of go through some of the
10:25
chapter uh names here to give you an
10:27
idea
10:28
um if I can open the book
10:31
um
10:31
so like he starts out with things like
10:33
the right to happiness the sources of
10:35
Happiness training the mind for
10:37
happiness and reclaiming your happiness
10:40
that's his purpose of life section
10:41
that's him talking about what it is how
10:45
you why you deserve to find it right
10:48
because part two goes into warmth and
10:50
compassion to humankind so intimacy to
10:53
others deepening your connection values
10:56
and benefits right pretty
10:58
self-explanatory
11:00
um he then goes into how to transform
11:02
suffering into happiness overcoming
11:04
obstacles and all that but I'll give you
11:06
the story I always give he uh he because
11:08
he was in um Minnesota I think that's
11:11
where Mall of America is and he was
11:13
doing it with this guy the the guy
11:14
Howard Cutler is the one who wrote this
11:16
book and he talked about how he was
11:18
walking to the Mall of America and he
11:20
walked down an entire aisle of things
11:21
and he found electronics and he found
11:23
toys and he's like I want one of these
11:25
I'm always and he got to the end of the
11:27
aisle and he's like yeah and he left and
11:29
he went back to his hotel and that was
11:31
his day like he went out for the day he
11:33
looked around he went back to his hotel
11:34
that was it and he was totally okay with
11:37
nothing like he didn't have to leave the
11:39
store with anything right and that's
11:41
where the meaning comes in
11:43
is it you know and again this is the
11:46
opinion pieces are hard to do but
11:48
they're also easy because we all have
11:50
our own way of doing it but I would say
11:52
is finding meaning necessary or is that
11:56
also person to person if you don't
11:59
necessarily find a meaning do you need
12:01
to or if you don't
12:03
is that okay too no and I think that's
12:05
how we Define how do we Define meaning
12:07
and it's to each his own so and I think
12:10
we also want to make clear that we are
12:12
equating
12:14
finding meaning in our lives and finding
12:17
happiness is how we love ourselves and
12:20
so I mean that's that's what the show is
12:22
about today is is how you know is
12:24
finding our passion and making sure that
12:27
we love ourselves and so I really do
12:29
think that it's a personal thing how we
12:31
find meaning in our lives what might be
12:34
meaningful to you and and uh and allow
12:37
you to love yourself May absolutely have
12:40
nothing to do with what makes me float
12:43
right so I think it is very much a a
12:46
personal thing and I'm I'm gonna give um
12:49
oh this is very cool Chris congrats to
12:52
be a live show in Dutch in December 2023
12:54
to inform people about pets and the care
12:56
they need with the Vets volunteers from
12:58
shelters and music about pets again I
13:01
think Shirley Savannah oh my gosh this
13:02
is so cool we're gonna have to touch
13:04
base on this this is very very cool
13:06
thanks for sharing that sorry I digress
13:10
oh fine all right so so far guys if
13:13
you're popping in now we talked about
13:15
some activities to do we talked about
13:17
meaning
13:19
um but yeah I'll I think the final thing
13:21
for me for me would be that's why I like
13:23
you know the Dalai Lama so much is that
13:25
there is no right or wrong answer it's
13:28
do what you do and as long as your
13:33
doing it the way you know the way you
13:35
like
13:36
you've got meaning I guess
13:39
now another individual who many people
13:41
have know of and we were just talking
13:43
about him
13:44
um a good person explaining how to find
13:46
your passion is Mr Tony Robbins the as
13:50
you called him the OG to self motivation
13:53
whatever you call it he's been doing it
13:56
for how we won't get it forever he's
13:58
been doing it forever and he apparently
14:00
still is if you go to his website you
14:01
can order tickets for his next season
14:04
um so he wrote A Blog of 10 ways to find
14:07
passion so as we go through our opinions
14:09
I figure we'll kind of go through and
14:11
see so number one that he has the
14:13
shifting perspective
14:15
pretty self-explanatory but very
14:18
complicated to do right from somebody on
14:20
my end with ADD or anxiety
14:24
turning the script
14:26
sound much easier than doing it right
14:29
now oh my gosh for me more recently I'm
14:32
able to do it but shifting perspective
14:35
for layman's terms I think is basically
14:37
take where you're going and kind of
14:41
expand on it if it doesn't look right or
14:44
it doesn't sound right
14:46
try it this way I always go back to
14:49
Einstein the definition of insanity is
14:52
doing the same thing over and over and
14:54
expecting the same results right right
14:56
that guy is amazing he did much more
14:58
than just science I'll tell you that
14:59
right shifting perspective
15:02
um again it's hard it's it's not an easy
15:04
task to do but once you do it right you
15:07
really can't stop and it's actually kind
15:09
of like it's almost autopilot for me now
15:11
like even if I don't want to shoot
15:13
perspective I do right I think another
15:16
word for perspective would be mindset as
15:19
well is Shifting your mindset because
15:21
what we put out there is exactly what
15:23
will come back to us so if we ship shift
15:26
our perspective and our mindset to
15:27
something positive positive will come
15:29
back to us and there you go that's the
15:31
great way to explain passion first off
15:32
because what you want is going to be
15:35
what's going to make you feel good right
15:36
right and that's it number two he wrote
15:39
down discover your number one human need
15:42
what is the one thing you are now this
15:45
is something we've talked about before
15:46
too
15:48
um it can change day to day but I think
15:51
if you find one maybe two I wouldn't
15:53
limit it to one I would say maybe two
15:55
two three things
15:57
find those things that are super
15:59
important and just do that
16:03
um on one of my videos I did before you
16:05
know we talked about
16:07
um what was it it's not how you do it
16:09
it's what you want to end up getting out
16:11
of it you'll get the work done but if
16:13
you focus too much on the work you're
16:15
not going to
16:17
find where you're going so discover one
16:21
or two things that you think are
16:23
important some of his examples certainty
16:25
significance variety love growth and
16:29
contribution very general words but you
16:33
know I think it's on purpose because you
16:35
can probably Define them personally
16:37
right
16:38
um what do you think on that one
16:39
discovering your one need
16:41
yeah again I think all of these things
16:44
are going to lead into you know the same
16:47
thing basically is pick the one that
16:50
works for you because you're we're gonna
16:52
get a whole list so that one doesn't
16:55
float my boat so let's move on to the
16:57
next one it's kind of one of those more
16:58
obvious like okay pick the one thing you
17:00
need well okay obviously I'm not going
17:02
to pick something I don't want because
17:03
yeah exactly number three look at what
17:05
you love and this kind of goes with
17:07
number two maybe the thing you need is
17:09
the one that you care most about so you
17:12
know family wife all that stuff that's
17:14
of utmost importance exactly um
17:17
obviously self-sufficiency I've talked
17:19
about very important
17:21
um you know home feeling feeling you
17:23
know secure stuff like that so find what
17:26
you love and that could be where you end
17:29
up leading your passion too
17:32
because you you're already in love with
17:34
it you know it's not going to be hard to
17:36
make it a passion
17:38
right you know exactly and you guys
17:41
don't go away because we have a free
17:42
gift for you today
17:44
um all about finding your passion so all
17:45
these things that we're talking about we
17:47
want you to be able to take away and
17:49
maybe kind of find your passion right
17:53
number four and I think we've kind of
17:55
talked about this off screen notice
17:57
where you spend free time right
18:00
um a lot of times uh the most productive
18:03
people in the world whether it's people
18:05
who run social media people who run you
18:08
know Starbucks whatever they'll say what
18:10
they do on their off time makes a
18:12
difference right you can enjoy dancing
18:14
you can enjoy exercising you can enjoy
18:17
riding horses
18:19
doesn't matter what you do on your free
18:21
time but do something
18:23
that kind of keeps you
18:26
moving right whether it's your mind your
18:29
body right personally both right
18:32
you know agreed number five recognize
18:35
patterns he's actually talking good and
18:38
bad so if you're trying to break a habit
18:41
we talked about this the other day how
18:43
can you break that habit if you notice
18:45
it's a good habit how can you keep up
18:48
the Habit uh the monk we talked about
18:50
who talked about the first thing you do
18:51
is you make your bed
18:53
such a simple thing right it takes him
18:56
all of maybe two minutes on your pillow
18:58
you straighten your comforter
19:00
you're done right do that for seven days
19:04
see how you feel so while you don't want
19:07
to get stuck on the bad
19:10
it's important to know both
19:12
because you don't want to go back to the
19:15
bad while you are working on the good
19:17
right I think you'd agree with that one
19:18
totally that's something we both I think
19:20
you know through therapy I think that's
19:21
something you you learn when you do that
19:23
yeah you work on it but you always want
19:25
to remember where you came from to not
19:27
go back to where
19:29
yeah number six he calls it the rocking
19:33
chair test
19:34
so imagine yourself when you're 90 years
19:37
old sitting on the porch in your rocking
19:39
chair what was the biggest regret
19:42
what do you wish you had experienced
19:44
what passion do you wish you had
19:46
followed
19:47
and how do you want to be remembered
19:50
interesting that's kind of an
19:51
interesting little thing right
19:53
um and I think they use other names for
19:55
that but I love the rocking chair test
19:56
because that's like when you see in a
19:58
picture right you've seen you know the
19:59
old couple I love that that's a great
20:01
activity that's a really great activity
20:03
I I hope those you watching whether
20:05
you're live or on replay give that a try
20:08
that is really cool I think we should do
20:10
that Rob we should we should give I
20:12
would prefer those little hammock swings
20:13
like we had you know that's just me
20:15
because I'm more upscale than you know
20:16
yeah but yeah so he's basically saying
20:19
here what are the things that you really
20:21
want to do but think about them before
20:23
you get to the point where you're like
20:26
oops yep number seven
20:29
very hard to do and I still try to do
20:31
this daily examine your fears
20:35
huh
20:37
so
20:38
uh it's actually funny he he wrote down
20:40
have you ever thought about quitting
20:42
your job to go into things like baking
20:44
cupcakes or walking dogs you know
20:46
horrible ideas right no but what he's
20:49
talking about here is when you want to
20:51
do that thing you want to do but the
20:54
first thing that comes to mind is oh my
20:55
God everything wrong
20:59
look at it look at what exactly it is
21:03
this kind of goes into when we talk
21:05
about business sometimes
21:07
do do it even if it fails or do it
21:11
because it will fail because the more
21:13
you fail and try the better you're gonna
21:16
figure out yes so Andrea Waltz who wrote
21:19
this book go for no and literally the
21:22
whole concept is you fail your way to
21:24
success
21:26
there you go the only way to success go
21:29
for the nose because the more no's you
21:31
get the more yeses you'll get so fail
21:34
your way to success I love that that is
21:35
so like maybe she's a big Tony Robbins
21:37
fan I don't know
21:39
who knows all right number eight I love
21:41
this one because sometimes you just got
21:42
to be unreasonable he says be
21:44
unreasonable passions are never rational
21:47
which sounds hilarious right but do the
21:50
thing that your teacher probably said
21:52
don't do because you're not going to do
21:54
anything from it right that's the thing
21:56
that he wants you to do now obviously
21:58
he's not saying risk at all then they'd
22:00
end up going screwed he's saying do the
22:03
things that you want to do uh art stuff
22:06
music uh writing it's funny how what was
22:10
it I think Rowling JK Rowling I think at
22:13
50 or 60 I think first got big
22:18
um who else was it
22:20
Samuel L Jackson really didn't get his
22:22
first big thing until he was like 65 or
22:25
something so the message is
22:27
you know do it you might not end up
22:30
doing it immediately but look at how and
22:32
these people are still doing it even at
22:34
a right you know so be unreasonable
22:37
um number nine
22:39
get out of your comfort zone God I feel
22:42
like you talking to me
22:44
um you know and again you don't have to
22:46
necessarily literally you know literally
22:47
do it but go for the things that you
22:50
don't think you would actually be able
22:51
to do do the ideas do the things that I
22:55
kind of feel like I sound like him now
22:56
I'm doing the Tony Robbins thing now do
22:58
it do it but get out of your comfort
23:00
zone try they you know travel somewhere
23:02
new join a sport try new food keep it
23:06
simple first just do
23:08
but it's a great way to look love
23:10
yourself it is a great way to show
23:12
yourself love is stepping out of your
23:15
comfort zone stepping out of all this I
23:16
mean I all of these things are great
23:18
examples on How To Love Yourself what's
23:22
number 10 Rob so cultivate belief in
23:25
yourself
23:27
I I see why he put that at the end
23:29
because it's probably the most
23:30
motivational right there and it's also
23:34
the one thing nobody knows how to do or
23:36
nobody wants to do because it's scary to
23:39
believe in yourself because if you
23:41
believe in yourself and you screw up
23:44
your brain ain't gonna be too happy but
23:46
cultivate belief and this is something
23:48
that I do to hear this is why I change
23:50
my daily words from happy to gratitude
23:52
into appreciation because if I can
23:55
cultivate gratitude outside of me and
23:57
appreciation outside of me I can easily
24:00
cultivate gratitude inside of me as well
24:04
um
24:05
I I feel like I just made a I should
24:08
copyright that somewhere um you know
24:10
make your tough show show up your brain
24:14
I think a quote that I talked about in
24:15
one of our shows was overcome yourself
24:18
don't let yourself overcome you if you
24:21
can show up your brain and you can show
24:23
your brain that you are the boss
24:26
show and this goes to the Comfort Zone
24:28
show it that you'll try that new food
24:30
try that sport you might not like it but
24:34
the point is you're showing your brain
24:36
yeah and by doing that you're
24:37
cultivating belief and you're
24:39
cultivating love I mean for me I know
24:41
the shows love yourself but the more I
24:43
think about it it's more like believe in
24:45
yourself oh believe in your passion you
24:48
know what I mean I know it's such a it's
24:50
such a
24:51
copy this comment but
24:54
I love this kind of video I do too I
24:56
love this too and again because I I love
24:58
the conversation about passion and we
25:01
kind of alluded to it we just kind of
25:03
said it right out loud we do have a gift
25:04
for everybody
25:05
um we have an e-book that we created
25:08
it's called Finding Your Passion
25:12
and the place to get it and it's free
25:14
guys it's totally free as you go to
25:16
minding your mental health I just put
25:17
the link into the comments
25:20
um and
25:21
go get it and literally it is a step by
25:25
step by step by step with things that
25:27
you can try things that you can do
25:30
um and again not everything is going to
25:32
work for you but this is a great kicking
25:35
off point uh one of the things that I
25:37
have heard from so many people so often
25:40
is I don't know what my passion is
25:43
how can I follow my passion if I don't
25:46
even know what it is and so I think the
25:48
tips that we heard from Tony Robbins
25:51
that you mentioned the tips that the
25:53
Dalai Lama I don't think he would call
25:54
them tips the but the the conversation
25:57
from the Dalai Lama and take a look at
25:59
this book is there are many ways to find
26:02
your passion
26:04
and I think that if we can all get to a
26:06
point that we're doing something that we
26:08
love
26:10
we're going to actually love ourselves
26:14
um you know that's
26:16
passion is where it's at if you don't
26:18
have passion in life you might as well
26:20
just sit down and get out of the game so
26:23
I I think it's really important if
26:25
you're tuning in live right now and you
26:27
have any thoughts on this following your
26:29
passion How To Love Yourself all of
26:31
these things we'd love to hear from you
26:33
either put it in the chat or go check
26:35
out moneyyourmentmentalhealth.com yes we
26:37
have a website now Rob and I have a
26:40
landing page that we're going to build
26:41
out the website it's not 100 built out
26:44
obviously but go check it out and you'll
26:46
see that we're growing we're having some
26:49
fun here
26:50
were any last thoughts Rob about loving
26:53
ourselves and having gratitude
26:58
um I wish I could remember it I just
26:59
said a minute ago because that was a
27:00
great way to end up we'll have to go
27:02
back and listen to the recordings
27:05
um yeah you know just ticket from two
27:09
people with you know with anxiety and
27:11
EDD
27:13
um
27:15
it's
27:16
might take some time
27:18
kind of hard
27:20
but you know I I silly I'll speak for
27:23
myself I feel like I'm on the way to
27:25
where I'd like to do like to be
27:28
um and yeah mic drop yeah here's the
27:33
thing I think we're all works in
27:34
progress and I'm sure our viewers our
27:37
listeners would probably if they thought
27:38
about it say the same thing each day
27:40
it's a different story each day it's a
27:43
different Journey hopefully it's a
27:45
journey going forward and not backwards
27:47
uh but it's it it's different for all of
27:50
us it's different for all of us so we
27:52
are so thrilled that you chose to spend
27:54
your day with us because you know that
27:56
you have a choice as to where you spend
