0:14
super boomer lifestyle book club I welcome guests from all across the globe who share how they are maneuvering
0:20
through a world that worships youth and shames the beautiful process of Aging
0:25
today our very first book is I'm not beautiful like you I'm beautiful like me
0:32
we have the author and and a lot of the participants that are joining us today lie so if you're here live great make a
0:40
comment down below say you're here live if you're here replay just as great make a comment down below and say you're here
0:46
on replay and of course share share share share share we love it when you share so a little bit about the author
0:53
of this book Carol level calvert it's a silver companion book which was created
0:59
by her it asked 25 questions of the readers around their journey to self-love I'm not beautiful like you I'm
1:06
beautiful like me includes selfies of 29 silver women who are living full out in
1:12
setting their silver linings free it was created for evolving women turning on their silver silver linings these
1:19
questions are catalysts for change and transformation to their essence there's silver attitude and to being younger at
1:26
50 60 70 and beyond it's not just for women midlife and up this book of
1:32
questions will bring you and your friends to a celebration of life after midlife so without further ado I'm going
1:39
to bring our host our guest our author into the show Carol welcome thank you I
1:49
am so glad you're I'm so glad you're here Carol you have brought together an
1:55
amazing group of women amazing group of silver sisters I really wanted to do
2:01
this for obvious reasons because I'm a silver sister as well and when you see
2:07
the women that participated in this Carol you you just did an amazing job getting all of these women's to
2:13
out and take selfies of themselves and we're going to be popping them into the show today to talk about the question
2:19
that they answered right and also the picture that they showed in the book but
2:25
before we do that I like to always ask this question and I'm going to answer it
2:30
first and then I'll bring it on to you how do you describe a super boomer because after all the show is for super boomers I say that super boomers are not
2:37
defined by their age they're defined by how they show up in life they're fearless with a just watch me attitude
2:45
that's how I describe it Carol how do you describe a super boomer and I would say a super boomer is a
2:53
conscious creative awake silver looking
3:00
for silver linings great answer and of course apropos to what we're talking
3:06
about today so we're going to jump into the conversation if you're just tuning in we are talking to the amazing silver
3:13
sisters of this beautiful book that we're going to be talking about today so tune in make sure if you have any
3:18
questions put them in the comments because we will put them right up on the screen in fact let me just put some of
3:25
them up right now hello lovelies live that's from sugar and we've got sandy
3:30
Cooper on as well she's here live as well thank you for joining us so let's
3:35
just talk about the book first why did you do this why did you create this book of silver Karen I was in the throes of
3:46
working with women midlife and up already concentrating on their Silver's
3:52
and I saw two pieces of research the first one was the pond soap research
4:00
years ago two things about it only four percent of women believe that they're
4:05
beautiful and of all the women in this survey 85 percent believed other women
4:12
were beautiful and I said oh my gosh we have some work to do and then the second
4:18
piece of research was from a health care company in fact I have a Seattle
4:25
researching over a 23-year period women 4265 and their
4:33
lack of health and well-being and they didn't even add into this piece
4:40
menopause what they saw was lost yeah loss of family be it a partner a parent
4:50
a child a job a home that these women at
4:57
this age and Beyond were moving through these losses and they were stacking up on them and causing ill health so I was
5:06
able at that moment in time you know you get these a hoss so I have spent 25
5:12
years in energy medicine so I was able to marry the two during the work with
5:19
the silvers and then also my background and so this book the 25 questions the
5:27
subtitle is 25 questions to turning on your silver linings and it is not too
5:33
much different than if I were sitting one-on-one with someone and going
5:39
through a four point question about
5:44
moving them into their Silver's moving them into their possibility thinking so
5:50
that's how it happened I put the covers up and you can see the beautiful cover on the I think it's on your left hand
5:57
side I'm not sure if we reversed or not I'm not beautiful like you I am beautiful like me and then we've got on
6:03
the other side the silver companion book 25 questions as you said to bring your silver linings and younger at 50 60 70
6:11
and beyond I love this I mean I'm I am personally 60 years old a six years I
6:17
made myself younger I don't look like that personally three years old and for
6:23
me it's just a number it's just an attitude and so I just think it's beautiful that we have so many beautiful
6:28
women that are joining us here today to talk about their part in this book so in
6:34
with room yeah I'm you know this was a labor of love I'll be honest we all I
6:39
mean have we have somebody coming in from France we have people from all across the United States so this is this is
6:46
very cool that we were able to gather everybody at one time on this show so
6:52
the first thing that I'm gonna I'm going to bring in our first we call him an influencer this is Susan ESCO she is
6:59
from the United States she is the founder I'm gonna go here here founder
7:05
of the doll I'm free to be mean I can't
7:10
hear you and I'm hold on a second I'm gonna go ahead and put this dye free to
7:15
be me I'm gonna put her on the screen right now so that she can come and join us Susan here you come and she's in how
7:28
are you doing Susan hello ladies I'm doing great I'm so honored to be here thank you for the invitation well I'm
7:35
delighted that you're here as well and I want to put your page in the book up so that people can see what your question
7:42
was first it was what qualities have you gained from being a part of the silver movement and perhaps reinventing
7:49
yourself so what what's your answer to that um well I you know I I started this
7:56
process six years ago I cut my hair off from this length all the way to a pixie and just released all the history that
8:04
was attached to that hair and said I'm ready for a new start and I it's like a
8:10
transformation it's like a butterfly and a chrysalis you know but during that three-year time when I was growing it
8:16
back out to this length it was very very humbling I learned how to I learned how
8:21
to love myself that's like the biggest thing that I can say happens you know and it's interesting you say that when
8:28
you know I was I was telling you before we went live I grew my hair out on camera literally grew my hair out on
8:35
camera and from dark black to this color and it was freeing it was liberating for
8:42
me it took a while to get to the liberating part clearly I'm very vulnerable at that point I remember
8:48
thinking that I was invisible I went to Las Vegas and I felt like I could be cool I had always been before you
8:56
know the woman who walked out with a miniskirt and high-heeled shoes and you know doing my thing and all of a sudden
9:02
I was this old lady with white hair and and it was coming out of that but it was
9:07
the best thing I ever did what about you is it the best thing or we did oh yeah by far it's pretty much changed my life
9:13
course it's creative tell us about that you've got a true story here right yeah
9:20
so I was um what was I like four and a half years post grow out I was so empowered and I just wanted to shout
9:27
from the rooftops ladies love yourself it's so much easier just to not beat yourself up every time you look in the
9:33
mirror and you're like oh my god my roots so I thought well what's the best way to get my message of self-love out
9:39
but to get smeared across the media you know I want to be on Billboard Magazine's and commercials and I just
9:46
wanted to be a role model just to show everyone you can be you could be silver and sexy I mean I'm working this I'm 50
9:53
I feel fabulous I've never felt this good in my life yeah so I started to I
9:58
decided to I decided to be a model and I'm I'm in the middle of that transformation right now and I love that
10:06
picture that Carol used of me because it shows me on set and you can kind of just see that I'm embracing this new role of
10:13
being you've got that attitude going Susan I just look at that like don't you don't you even think about it right
10:20
exactly so for me meeting Susan a few years ago I mean it was amazing and to watch this
10:28
progress which is has been a gift for me with these women to watch them move into
10:35
their silver linings Susan's background as a speech pathologist who I mean look
10:43
at the integrity and the awesomeness and the giving of that and now in your
10:49
transition you can take that with you and it becomes working with silver women
10:56
and I watch it with you the other day she called me or messaged me and she
11:01
said it was a weekend and she said I'm going thrifting I have an appointment two three
11:07
do live and uni and FaceTime and you
11:13
might see something I don't send it to you I mean is that not just the most incredible silver silver sister thing to
11:21
do right yeah this community is just amazing I feel so
11:27
empowered to have my sisters yeah walk
11:32
on this journey beside me I love that that's beautiful Susan but you know it
11:38
is beautiful I want to make sure that everyone sees on the screen we have
11:43
Susan's website Susan ESCO silver model comm make sure you go check that out
11:50
Susan I want to thank you that for joining us I really appreciate your story and I'm laughing at all of us who
11:56
have our silver hair and listening to all of our non silver haired women friends who are in their house they're
12:02
they're growing yeah they're growing it out not on purpose but because they have
12:07
no other choice and I think it's going to change the way we all kind of look at each other I think it's actually cool
12:13
thing not a red so I'm what I'm going down in the green room thank you so much for joining us
12:19
you're what everything I'm going to drop you down and we're going to go to the next one
12:25
absolutely all right so up next we have Caroline and I'm
12:32
going to bring Caroline into this stream before I introduce her to make sure that we are good here so Caroline's coming in
12:38
and Caroline there she is Caroline it's this she's beautiful
12:44
Caroline is actually Oh Caroline comes from France she actually hails from
12:50
France and she is the founder of and the creator of 50 years a woman and she's a
12:58
silver influencer with an Instagram of over 25,000 followers she also has a
13:03
pretty wild Facebook presence and we're just happy that you're here and I want to pop up your question give me a second
13:11
to find it it's here somewhere okay another nice to be here with you
13:20
from Paris yes no glad and and I'm so glad that you were able to get on I know
13:26
yesterday we were playing technology right now we're getting in and out and here you are you are there just gorgeous
13:33
that color purple is beautiful your your question here is the page in the book I'm not beautiful like you I'm beautiful
13:40
like me so what is your definition of beauty how do you describe beauty actually it's a I think it's more a
13:47
question of attitude you know that a pure booty of a face of body it's really
13:54
an attitude that a woman should have when she come when she speak when she
14:00
dance when she go outside when she eats it's just something mid-on you see
14:08
something in your eyes which makes you say wow just wow she's beautiful not
14:15
only outside but inside there is some sign something going out from inside so
14:23
tell me a little bit about your experience of going silver-gray did you
14:28
did you just decide one day or no no no no I didn't decide they're not chill
14:35
decide because almost two years annals before I lost a lot of my L
14:41
I was I was blonde with long you know and I lost a lot of my air and I just
14:46
say wow what will happen so what should I do and I say okay I will leave the material
14:53
I will leave my silver hair and before I was just against evil AI just ain't I
14:59
just say to my Muslim just go to the address L do your color I don't like it
15:05
and now see after almost two years I just feel free this is the freedom you
15:12
know I'm sixteen years old I was 16 years old in April just during the broke
15:19
down in France and I just say we are free I'm a free woman and it's very very
15:26
important very powerful do you know Caroline I'm sorry how did you meet care
15:34
I was on Instagram and I saw this most incredible beautiful woman in red and
15:42
she was on Facebook and I said can I put this on Facebook sure but it's on
15:47
Facebook so whenever and found it introduced myself and I'm totally amazed
15:56
not just about Caroline's beauty inside and out but when you call her an
16:03
influencer this is coming from every cell of her being every day she is doing
16:12
something writing doing photos introducing products or ways of being
16:19
for women to get their Zen on and and
16:26
she is kindly unapologetic about it go for it girls I mean how could you not
16:33
love that exactly how could you not love
16:38
that that's just exactly Sam that's you one last one last thing I've got to say
16:46
caroline is a an instigator quietly
16:53
that's my interpretation the movement
16:58
that is around body positive and having
17:05
events photographing women in lingerie or bathing suits of all ages all looks
17:14
all styles all shapes she's right in the middle and there's an incredible photo
17:19
in the book of her out in the front of one of these happening in Paris I mean
17:26
how could you not love that this woman is really a silver influencer really
17:32
well I'm in awe of her I can't wait to meet her in person yeah me too when you come into the
17:38
States I don't know you have to invite me good
17:45
idea it would be a great idea I want to say and I want to make sure that everyone sees your website up here we have 50
17:51
years of a woman dot-com that's how they can go check you out yeah and we have
17:57
people that are on right now if you have any comments any questions make sure that you you put it into the chat cuz
18:03
we'll put your questions right up on the screen and we'll answer them as we can Caroline thank you so much for joining
18:09
us today I'm gonna drop you down into the green room okay Karen thank you to
18:14
receive me and see you later bye bye Peter
18:19
alright alright beautiful you guys are just amazing um I'm kind of jealous that
18:27
I wasn't in the book I'm just saying that I think maybe book took all right
18:32
our next employer that we're gonna put in is Debbie Curley and Debbie's awesome
18:40
we didn't she we just recently became Facebook friends which it means
18:45
everything right Debbie Corley is from the US she's the president owner and founder at tulips and she's also the
18:52
owner and founder at shop and grace and we're gonna bring her into the show and then we're gonna actually put her image
18:59
up so that you have a child actually see what a beautiful lady you are may take
19:05
your ear off meat okay I'm gonna bring your book your your show of your show your image up because I want the car I'm
19:13
just saying that I just want this car this your car Debbie is this your car I
19:21
don't think she can hear me Debbie can you hear us
19:27
Debbie's coherence I don't think so so I'm gonna drop Debbie down and we're
19:33
gonna try to get Debbie back on okay because she can't hear us and she can't so I'm gonna drop her down
19:40
but let's talk a little bit about the card or you know what let's leave her in but she can't talk so the question that
19:47
Debbie had was in the pond soap study a few years ago the findings concluded
19:52
that only four percent of women believed that they are beautiful and so she was
19:58
asked Debbie was asked are they beautiful you beautiful and why or why not and I'm not sure what her answer was because she
20:05
can't hear I have it Debbie are you can you talk yeah she can hear okay give me
20:11
just a minute because she wrote me her answer and it made tears come to my eyes last night Debbie is incredible she is
20:21
one of these silver influencers that her
20:27
life story she brings out there and it's
20:33
right alongside the silver linings and she teaches in every post that she makes
20:39
about silver linings but her question is
20:44
I have a quick response for the question my perception of beauty was given to me
20:50
by my father at a very young age I was told by him that I was not beautiful but
20:57
he told me I had a very nice personality and I was very kind I grew up feeling beautiful from the
21:04
inside today I feel beautiful is a state of mind and knowing you have taken the
21:10
best care of your self mentally and physically you can break any mold someone puts you
21:15
in it's up to you beautiful to me is the whole package I love that her she's
21:21
beautiful how many of us had experienced that before being told that I mean I I
21:27
think I know I have and I can only imagine that that a lot of people out
21:33
there a lot of women out there have also I'm gonna put a comment up here because unfortunately we can't we can't here
21:40
Debbie oh no she's here okay awesome okay this is awesome I'm gonna hide this
21:48
thing hear it so Debbie you're live with us so I'm glad that you're here I'm glad that you can talk tell us a little bit
21:54
about your journey your silver hair journey did you just go just go silver
22:00
can you hear us okay we're definitely having some challenges right now so I'm
22:07
going to drop Debbie out and hopefully we'll be able to get her microphone working so that she can talk alright
22:13
we're going to put her out and put the stream out our next influencer that I'm bringing up is the very beautiful
22:19
Cindy Lynch and I'm going to put her up here Lippert into the stream as I talk
22:27
about her hey how you doing great thank you for having me I'm thrilled that
22:35
you're here I'm putting your image up here but let's talk just a little bit about you so that everyone knows who you
22:40
are you're from the United States you're an actor a commercial model you're
22:45
you're so you're beautiful is that I just have that beautiful you're a
22:50
working model and I'm just pleased that you were able to join us today and we
22:56
have your image up here you were asked the question there are so many accounts of transitioning to the silver looks how
23:02
did you transition to your silver looks well I was 59 years old I was burned out
23:10
as a senior minister at a large church and I fell down a flight of stairs broke
23:15
my hip and I thought I'm 15 I'm too young for that and here I was on a
23:23
walker for eight weeks my husband and I bought a business and moved to Arizona so a lot of changes oh went through a
23:31
lot of super boomer changes my son went through a terrible divorce I was just I
23:38
was lost well my husband came home one day and he said how would you like to
23:43
take an acting class and I said okay but I can't memorize anything so he said we'll do improv well that started down a
23:52
rabbit hole well I met a gal who said you know Cindy the women in the film
23:58
industry they get the most work in your demographic by then I was 65 something
24:03
like that have silver hair and I said that's it so I chopped it off into a
24:09
pixie grew it out you see the before and after and literally those two pictures are a year apart and what happened is it
24:19
launched a film career for me yeah and modeling I know everybody's fascinated with modeling but model
24:26
very rapidly learn the craft of acting to really get the work but why all that
24:34
is important is you go through these life changes I'm 70 now I feel three
24:42
urban well thank you well you know the thing that has been mentioned already finding our freedom it's not that it's
24:50
not the dyeing your hair is is wrong but why are you dying your hair right and we
24:56
know that shame is associated with our roots showing we're covering something
25:02
yeah and and shame is something that is done to you guilt is something you take
25:09
on for yourself but shame is something that happened to you at a young age so I was also told well you don't have good
25:17
looks work on your personality oh my god well you're gorgeous thank you
25:25
whoever would have said that to you you my mother your mother mother right yeah
25:36
yeah you know it's funny you say that first I'm putting it on your website up here sage coaching and counseling calm
25:42
people to get in touch with you but it's interesting that you say your mother because when I started doing this I had
25:49
compliments from people all oh my god your hair is gorgeous I was except for my mother and what was interesting is
25:55
she went white at 30 which is why I started coloring my hair at 30 she was white and 30 years old you know 33 years
26:03
ago it really was a challenge then truly there was a challenge then in the workforce and so I thought I'm not gonna
26:10
have white hair so when I decided to grow it out and my mother says to me literally she goes oh why are you doing
26:18
that why I looked at her and I said the same reason you didn't is you kept it
26:24
beautiful because you're beautifully gorgeous over white and they kind of shut her up you know because they
26:30
compliment but if you say I think her mother sometimes are can say some
26:35
hurtful things yeah we'll just leave it at that yeah almost like there's been some agreement
26:42
made before we got here that says hey I can be this way and you're going to be
26:50
able to get your own knees dear and I said guys I'm looking at this and I'm looking at both of you
26:55
your backgrounds Minister rabbi I have
27:01
to say I mean oh my god
27:06
I'm female female yes it's very unusual for a minister yeah and I look at both
27:12
your posts that mostly don't have anything to do with silver and what
27:18
you're doing with it I have to do with the heart and the soul and I are you
27:24
both thank you thank you very much thank
27:30
you thank you I want to thank you for taking time out of your day as well to join us today on this launch of the book
27:36
I'm gonna drop you down into the green room but don't go away because we'll talk afterwards all right okay now we
27:45
have some book I want to say but wait there's more so we I'm gonna bring up on to the screen right now these beautiful
27:52
images that we have that that are of the amazing beautiful women that were in
27:57
this book and we're going to bring some of them up right now to talk about their their participation in the book but when
28:05
you look at these images I have to tell you when I look at these images I just say Wow
28:11
times have changed look at how gorgeous these women are in all of their beauty
28:17
however they've shown up right however they show up today they're absolutely beautiful I want to put the other one on
28:23
solo these are some other women as well I'm just absolutely beautiful you know I
28:29
have to say this pair of 29 women in the
28:35
book we've got seven of them today on on the interview but we have 29 and I have
28:45
personally gotten to know each of them some only a little but some a lot over
28:51
the last few years and the silver lining living is alive
28:57
and well in these 29 women so today is honoring all of them well I'm really
29:03
thrilled that they're here and we're gonna bring a couple of the other women up right now who I've actually had the
29:09
pleasure of meeting I'm going to bring up Colleen Colleen is going to join us
29:14
right now I think she's hearing us Colleen do you
29:20
hit maybe not she's gone all right we're gonna we're gonna hide her for a second
29:25
I'm going to bring Soledad in Soledad welcome to the show
29:31
thank you guys hey so much air all right
29:36
you are I'm so you were the first one to jump on this morning you you were ripped
29:42
and joined us I want to bring your image up and it was a long it's a big question
29:49
what the biggest one of all one more the most about so let's talk about all of
29:57
these I'm Carole you want to address this because there's a lot of questions here so actually I chose some are on
30:08
this page because everything I Ament so more in person and working with her
30:16
before that and after at the event at Keyes Creek lavender farm so Mar is so
30:22
evolved she is in her piece she is in her beauty and she radiates and so this
30:33
question is around once you're starting to take a look at the silver attitude
30:38
what's it really about and so you're putting percentages is that about the
30:45
physical or the emotional or what's it all about and so I'm gonna let somar
30:52
answer the way she sees it Thank You Carol and when I read the
31:00
question you know I thought about it and to me it's about
31:06
100% attitude right it to me a consists of speriod body and mind we're all
31:12
energy and it's just like transferring energy from one place to another it
31:22
doesn't uh you know we just have to focus on the now on what we're creating
31:27
today this moment enjoying this moment because there's no past the future
31:36
doesn't exist yet so in order for us to
31:42
live this moment and enjoy it that will bring us a better future nice nice nice
31:49
nice beautiful and I'm going to suppose for the women out there the silver women that are going through across the planet
31:57
this locked down your core this question
32:02
is an awesome one yep it's a bit was a big one I mean there's there's a lot of
32:08
there's a lot that goes into that question and you answer it beautifully somewhere you can be found on Facebook
32:15
right yes so they can I'm gonna put your this so if they look on Facebook for
32:24
your name Soledad Marcio they will be able to find you their friend who yours also on Instagram
32:31
is that the same name Omar Garcia at Instagram awesome awesome
32:38
I want to thank you for joining us and telling us your story I'm gonna bring up Colleen I think she's back in the
32:44
picture here one last thing one last thing lean up just a little bit so we
32:50
can see your shirt she's got on her faces of shoot silver shirt which I designed in 2018 the MiG Larry but it's
33:02
beautiful already we're gonna drop you down I'm
33:09
gonna bring in Colleen I think she's now here Colleen I can
33:15
hear you you're now in good to see you how are you doing I'm good thank you for
33:22
having me I'm delighted that you're here I'm gonna bring your image up I've got to find your image here it is if you
33:30
guys only saw what I was looking at down there so first off what I love about
33:38
this image is obviously your hair and and it just opposed with the horse
33:43
because horses are your thing and you and and so tell us a little bit about
33:48
the image here I don't know what the question was exactly the image was
33:55
actually I was celebrating the Sun after being in ice cold for maybe thirty days
34:05
and that particular day it was only maybe 31 degrees but the Sun was out and
34:12
it just yeah it was like rebirthing
34:17
after being cold I love it you were
34:23
asked was what silver sister's life do you admire and why well I actually it's
34:40
okay to say your own because your own is awesome I created my life and there you go no I
34:50
mean powerful yeah it was a dream of
34:57
mine for many years to move to a place where I could have acreage and I could
35:05
have my own horses as opposed to leasing horses back where I lived so I planned
35:12
my work I worked my plan silver didn't come in until 10 years ago
35:18
when I went through another life transformation I decided it was an important time to excavate my authentic
35:27
self so horses facilitate that horses facilitate that it is very
35:36
important to have a good understanding about who we are before we embark on a
35:43
horse relationship interesting interesting I have a
35:48
question for you because I'm just curious how long did it take you to grow out your hair mm-hmm a long time because
35:55
it was down to my waist when I decided to stop coloring it but unfortunately I
36:03
was well I am still dark underneath so
36:08
it was you are as well so my I was only using damp me I wasn't using permanent
36:17
so it was fading on the white so I was very fortunate to only have a minimal
36:24
line of demarcation but I pulled it back for about two years and I just took it
36:29
off my face and when it got down to the middle of my back and I still had six inches of we called it L'Orange
36:36
I just cut cut it off yeah yeah and
36:42
that's where purple shampoo comes in right that's right it comes in real handy so I put your website up here TRT
36:50
horse ranch I'm not surprised right French for you to go check for all of you who are viewing today to go check
36:56
out Colleen because because you should because you absolutely should I'm going
37:04
to put some comments up here as I drop you down Colleen unless Carol you had
37:10
anything else that you wanted to bring up right now before I drop you know I had the opportunity in the middle of
37:16
working with this silver sisters working with gathering them up doing photo
37:22
shoots that kind of things the opportunity to meet Colleen on the phone it was delightful it was delightful
37:28
because I I knew already her answer was
37:34
herself I am I right and you are and you know
37:41
you are authentically silver and I'm just honored I I hope I get to
37:49
meet you and sisters someday yes I would love that and I and I thank you so much

39:36
absolutely beautiful women in there in their own right but not just beautiful
39:42
on the outside they are beautiful on the inside and I think that's what this is all about it's it's it's women who are
39:48
stepping into their power they're stepping into who they are I know that a
39:54
lot of I've been approached before and people say well I don't want to have great or I don't want to have way here and I
40:00
go great don't don't this is not about a movement of telling
40:05
women out there to go and let your hair go white or gray that's not what this is about this is about us stepping into our
40:11
own brilliance our own beauty whatever that looks like on the inside and on the
40:17
outside I'm gonna put a coming up from Debbie love the show this these Silver's
40:23

40:42

40:47

40:54
silver linings a lot okay so we'll put that link as well into the into the
41:01
comments as well what we're telling everyone is guys stay in touch with these amazing women because they have
41:08
something important to say they are there at the forefront of a movement
41:13
that is is definitely out there all you have to do is type into Google silver
41:18

41:25
