all have issues at any stage of life we

have issues and as we get older we can

do with those issues and from those

how this all began for me I had some

health issues about two and a half years

ago and from there honestly I remember

this perfectly I was laying in bed

feeling a little down thinking why did

this happen you know that that why did

this happen to me and I said you know

what it had happened for a reason

I have to turn this around and that day

I picked up Instagram and I really

didn't know much about it Wow Wow

how many hundred you have thousands of

followers you might need me you have

thousands so yes one 18,000 and I really

don't even know what happened I struck a

chord I mean I think with women and

around the world actually because they

have a lot of friends and followers now

and I just think that it was timing

I think women were feeling this they

were looking for a space to connect

because it can be a very isolating

feeling that that that's what I think I

think so too and I think that sometimes

women don't know how to behave with each

other sometimes women don't support

women and that's a topic that we talk

about often on this show is that when

women finally understand that it's a

really great thing to collaborate with

other women because it only makes us

more and more and more and more able to

do what we are put on this earth to do

where are my people so they asked me to

women that was what I was allowed and we

had the best conversations and we could

have stayed there all day and had

conversations about it was fantastic

about all professional or whatever they

were into and we just really joined

together we didn't know each other and

come out of the woodwork looking for

influencers leaders like you like me and

others there's so there are people that

are that are coming into the space that

learned that a lot of that came from

my way of thinking and once I learned

how to choose and finish that way of

thinking I was gonna stay stuck there

of that and that once that clicked with

me and I learned how to switch to

different thoughts it made the world a

difference and I haven't had any anxiety

for years and years and years so I think

I have brought that over into today and

what I say is let's not you know lay

around and feel sorry for ourselves or

say we can't do this the cants the

shoulds shouldn't you know all that yep

yep once you learn and it is and it is a

learning process it honestly is and it's

not the simplest thing to do but if I

can encourage people women in my case to

do this I think it would make a world of
