0:00
Glasser here and welcome to minding your
0:02
mental health I'm here with my co-host
0:04
Rob Glasser he's also my son and we talk
0:07
about the topics that shape mental
0:10
uh we we teach the importance of
0:12
inclusion we share why we should be kind
0:14
we share all sorts of stuff because we
0:16
love doing this and so whether you're
0:18
here live or on replay let us know where
0:20
you are tuning in put it into the
0:22
comments so today Rob we're talking
0:24
about routines right and why they matter
0:27
why they're so important and why
0:29
routines don't have to be routine there
0:33
you go I like that routines do not have
0:35
to be routine okay we'll explore that uh
0:38
one of the things that um I do and we're
0:41
going to start right off because I do a
0:43
morning routine and my morning routine
0:45
started out first by a gentleman by the
0:48
name of Hal Elrod and his book The
0:54
um literally this book well first of all
0:56
it's way cool way way cool why is it
1:02
he talks about something called Savers
1:04
and it's an acronym s stands for silence
1:08
well maybe sitting in meditation
1:10
would be a silence second affirmations
1:12
things like I am powerful I am
1:16
a great person I am patient I am
1:19
whatever you are we always talk in the
1:22
present so you would do those
1:23
visualization where you literally
1:25
picture yourself somewhere right it's a
1:27
visualization exercise very important
1:30
reading is the r and scribing which is
1:33
kind of funny because when he did the
1:35
Savers um he wanted to do writing but he
1:37
couldn't come up with an acronym so he
1:40
took the S and he made it scribing so I
1:44
guess that's his way of saying writing
1:46
it's an Old English way of going about
1:48
it yeah it's totally Old English right
1:51
um and the way this is meant to be is to
1:53
do it in an hour 10 minutes for each
1:55
segment but he also says for those of
1:58
you who say there's no way I'm going to
1:59
get up that early to literally do an
2:01
hour thing He suggests you can literally
2:03
do it in six minutes one minute for each
2:07
thing so guys anyone can do this right
2:10
literally six minutes it's kind of cool
2:12
so I encourage you go check out that
2:14
book and he also has a free app which I
2:16
I just learned today Rob I was doing
2:18
some research it's in the iTunes Store
2:21
and in the Android store
2:23
go ahead and pick it up it's free
2:26
um and I interviewed Hal Elrod the
2:29
author about four years ago I'm gonna
2:31
put in the show notes that interview
2:33
that I did with him it was amazing the
2:35
guy is amazing we also had his Co his uh
2:39
um what do you call co-writer on a
2:42
recorder was there as well
2:44
um and so it was really great show so
2:45
make sure you check that out
2:48
so the next thing Rob we're going to
2:50
talk about brunch right gotta eat
2:52
yes that is something I can get behind
2:54
fully because I do enjoy food in fact I
2:57
found the funniest gift for when I was
2:59
promoting my end it's a clock and it's
3:02
all food things so it says lunch
3:03
thinking about lunch having more lunch
3:06
dinner I'm having more dinner that's
3:08
kind of how my brain works so we're not
3:10
going to go over specifically what's in
3:12
the article here but if you do want kind
3:14
of an upscale way of giving yourself
3:15
something to eat go check it out so
3:18
we're going to go over some of the
3:19
things we like or each of us like
3:22
um I'm going to start out with the
3:24
simple thing of a good egg and sausage
3:26
or a nice little biscuit combo for me
3:30
something as simple as a breakfast
3:31
sandwich while not necessarily super
3:33
healthy it does actually give me the
3:36
energy that I like and why is that a
3:38
great brunch run well usually you have
3:40
enough time on the weekend if you got to
3:41
go pick it up or cook it at home you can
3:44
easily whip up some eggs some sausage
3:46
and boom two pieces of bread you're done
3:49
right however more recently and this is
3:51
one that might be odd but I got back
3:53
into eating oatmeal for a couple reasons
3:55
so I actually did some research on it
3:57
separately kind of accident but
3:59
apparently eating it for about 30 days
4:01
and people have done this on YouTube and
4:03
stuff it actually helps to maintain your
4:06
cholesterol your blood sugar your blood
4:09
pressure and can also help with weight
4:12
loss as well if you're looking to lose
4:13
some weight of course just like any food
4:15
you know they say don't eat too much
4:17
because it can cause you know stomach
4:19
upsets but that's another brunch food
4:21
for me as well and I picked those two
4:23
things specifically one on the healthier
4:25
side one on the not so healthy because
4:28
you can get them you know the Frozen
4:30
from the market you can grab them from a
4:32
from a restaurant or you can make them
4:34
but they're all very homey and very
4:36
quick and easy to make and usually
4:39
brunch and I'll I don't know if brunch
4:40
means here but for me it's just taking a
4:43
few extra minutes to just Savor the food
4:45
you're eating uh you know during the
4:47
week we don't turn the TV on or anything
4:49
until we're done with breakfast so we
4:51
spend breakfast eating breakfast yeah
4:53
she's got to be on her phone for work uh
4:55
but on the weekend when she's not
4:57
working we spend a few extra minutes
4:59
eating right and that's just kind of a
5:01
way to enjoy the moment together and
5:04
just kind of enjoy what you're trading
5:06
so what before you pick yours what does
5:08
brunch mean to you is it kind of a
5:10
similar idea well first of all the word
5:12
brunch as I'm sure we all know is a
5:14
combination of of lunch and breakfast
5:16
that's where the word brunch comes right
5:19
and brunches can be at any time during
5:21
the day it's just when whenever whenever
5:23
you get up on a Sunday morning maybe or
5:24
a weekend that's that's when we tend to
5:27
have brunches on as on the weekend
5:28
especially what you just said it you
5:30
have extra time there's no way I have
5:32
time during the week as do you to be
5:35
able to sit down and do it like a full
5:37
course meal you know it's not going to
5:39
happen in my case though weekend time is
5:42
the time that I make waffles and the
5:45
reason why I make waffles is well before
5:48
um but we I always make extra waffles
5:52
um because I like to create my own
5:54
frozen waffles instead of going and
5:56
getting Lego at you know from the
5:58
freezer department at the market I
6:00
literally or egos not Legos Legos
6:03
it's lego my eggo okay
6:07
um I make a bunch of extra ones I break
6:10
them into uh quarters and then we toast
6:13
them and so we literally can spread
6:15
brunch out during the week so that's
6:17
kind of cool and then the second thing
6:19
that I like for brunch is eggs just like
6:21
you you and not only do I like eggs I
6:25
make eggs for the dog so the dog that's
6:27
his treat on the weekends he loves
6:29
scrambled eggs um so he has brunch too
6:31
it's better than many probably do
6:33
absolutely and so um we just want to
6:36
show up throw up a couple of things here
6:39
um this is the waffle mix that I do
6:40
crusties and it's great I mean you can
6:44
um Costco you get a big huge bag of it
6:46
or you can get smaller portions at the
6:48
regular market and then you put it on a
6:50
waffle iron it's so easy you just mix it
6:53
up you know with a little bit of water
6:54
and an egg and a little bit of oil I
6:57
think is in it and you throw it on the
6:58
waffle iron they come in all different
7:00
shapes right this particular one is very
7:03
um easy to store I think so you know I
7:06
have I have one that spins and it's so
7:10
clunky that I'm thinking this would be a
7:12
whole lot easier so check it out guys
7:15
um but who doesn't remember the Mickey
7:17
Mouse one too come on now I mean they're
7:19
making us waffles hello
7:21
put that on the screen I didn't even
7:23
think about that one oh my gosh right
7:25
you're right okay well that come on now
7:27
if you want to have a waffle why not
7:28
have it shaped like Mickey Mouse I mean
7:30
exactly and put some chocolate chips in
7:32
it and let's make dessert because
7:35
right whipped cream strawberries all
7:38
that stuff and the other thing that I
7:39
like to do on the weekends is have
7:41
actually I do it all week long is my
7:43
Keurig coffee maker it makes cappuccinos
7:46
it makes lattes and every single morning
7:48
and sometimes you know these go on sale
7:50
so you want to keep your eyes open and
7:52
see when they come on sale but it's all
7:54
in one so I literally create my steam
7:57
milk and my espresso and I have a
8:00
cappuccino every morning I know that
8:02
Krista does tea right or you both do
8:04
yeah so we have I don't know if we have
8:06
this one we have a similar one and you
8:08
can either use the uh pods that come
8:10
with it or uh just the standard tea you
8:13
can pick up online or at the market and
8:15
you can do hot you can do colds
8:18
um she got herself a set of tea mugs
8:21
like coffee mugs that stand next to it
8:23
but yeah you can do a lot of it with it
8:25
and when I do actually feel like
8:27
drinking something a good cup of tea
8:29
like green tea something like that is
8:31
pretty good so I agree I like that thing
8:33
a lot I'm not a coffee but I definitely
8:35
think it's good for anybody who wants an
8:37
instant thing because you can do uh hot
8:39
chocolate I do hot chocolate in there as
8:41
well and I do steamed milk and put that
8:44
into my hot chocolate
8:45
oh okay yeah so I can see your brain
8:49
ticking Rob you're literally going oh
8:51
that might be you're gonna make me some
8:53
Starbucks style hot chocolate at home
8:55
and not spend seven dollars yeah I love
8:58
you Starbucks you're cool
9:00
no but really I think a good you know
9:03
and again it's um something I was gonna
9:05
burn because I'm with the book you're
9:07
talking about too is that really you
9:09
know because I know we were talking
9:10
before what my thoughts on his stuff too
9:12
or and this is no offense to anybody who
9:14
does this but really I think it's less
9:16
of a listening to somebody else doing it
9:18
but picking what you want to do your
9:20
routine is yours and no matter what
9:22
somebody tells me even when I you know
9:23
meditate I never necessarily watch the
9:25
whole thing do I do it I might be
9:27
writing something down I might be doing
9:28
something so for me meditation could be
9:31
doing a chore but doing it while
9:33
listening to some nice classical music
9:35
in the back so again this is never mean
9:37
to sound and it means anybody doing it
9:39
and everybody's doing this for their
9:41
profession which is great but I always
9:42
want to be clear that when we do talk
9:44
about it you're you're really making it
9:46
what you're doing and just like with the
9:48
machines you're using you use yours for
9:49
coffee someone can use it for example
9:52
but that's kind of the point of today
9:54
guys it's talking about how
9:56
things that you know just because
9:57
somebody says do it this way no you
10:00
don't have to you you do you you do
10:03
exactly we're giving you suggestions of
10:05
things that we have tested we have tried
10:07
and we like but again you do you you may
10:10
look at this and say I don't like any of
10:15
I just throw that out there because that
10:17
was a good thing to share with that you
10:18
know sometimes you just get bogged down
10:20
with listening to everything and even
10:22
like me when I do the videos when we do
10:23
the videos I'll be like hey I'm not the
10:25
know it all this stuff I'm just sharing
10:27
you what I know so you want to listen to
10:29
me or not but I just want to speak you
10:31
know what I right and the things we talk
10:34
about the coffee and you made a mention
10:35
you don't have to go to Starbucks and
10:37
get your Eight dollar you know coffee
10:38
but our next article that you're going
10:41
to talk about in fact suggestions it
10:44
gets one I just said but yeah so anybody
10:46
who's a fan of Gilmore Girls and members
10:49
that show well you'll remember Rory
10:50
Gilmore uh doing her thing at the coffee
10:52
shop studying there's memes about it all
10:55
this stuff there's actually a meditation
10:57
of her and you follow her while you
10:59
meditate it's a really weird I don't
11:01
understand it but Krista would
11:03
understand because she loves that show
11:05
but she was onto something because
11:07
apparently coffee shops are a great way
11:09
to study some of which are physical
11:11
reasons some of which well you might not
11:14
have thought about so number one access
11:15
to free Wi-Fi and something that we talk
11:18
about off screen all the time and sure
11:20
everybody does is the cost of crap today
11:22
you know things are going this way
11:24
instead of this way so picking up some
11:27
free Wi-Fi once in a while is great now
11:31
uh free Wi-Fi does like to let in people
11:34
that you don't initially want on your
11:36
network so right right because just a
11:39
little open internet right
11:42
so while it might be free
11:45
may not be yeah it may not be the safest
11:48
there but free Wi-Fi generally is great
11:50
and places like Starbucks I think even
11:52
Coffee Bean does it now uh will allow
11:54
you to hop on their uh Wi-Fi and write
11:57
and do whatever you got to do and again
11:59
these are things you can do whether
12:01
you're working or you're a student at a
12:03
school right number two it apparently
12:06
maximizes your efficiency why because
12:10
you're not just doing that you're you
12:13
know you're you're drinking your drink
12:15
you're having something to eat you're
12:16
kind of getting everything done at once
12:18
and when you're getting your energy from
12:21
your croissant or your muffin you become
12:23
more efficient to it when you're at home
12:26
at least for me you tend to kind of get
12:28
distracted because I have so many things
12:30
behind me that are just too cute and I
12:32
want to touch so when I'm somewhere else
12:35
some of the distractions are gone I
12:37
think you'd agree yeah and the other
12:40
thing is is that you're not the only one
12:41
in that coffee shop doing this
12:44
um other people that are going to the
12:46
coffee shops first of all because they
12:48
even though they work from home they
12:50
don't want to be alone and they want to
12:52
be amongst other people and so they go
12:54
over to these coffee shops and the other
12:57
thing you didn't is you can plug into
12:58
their electricity too so you know
13:02
I mean Panera is another one of those
13:05
places that people go and sit and in
13:08
fact they encourage it they'll give you
13:10
I think they have some deals you know
13:11
coffee for the day kind of thing where
13:13
you just you set up shut up I used to
13:15
hold meetings at Panera because I didn't
13:17
want people coming to my house right so
13:19
we would go do that so that's great I
13:21
love it yes that actually that makes a
13:23
lot of sense I did not know they did
13:24
that but that is kind of cool along the
13:26
lines of efficiency motivation is a
13:28
problem as they say when you're sitting
13:30
in your pajamas you just don't want to
13:31
do anything right because you're in
13:32
pretty pajamas but the fact that you had
13:34
to get dressed leave your house and go
13:37
down there you just spent about 15
13:40
minutes getting there you probably want
13:42
to make it worth your while so the
13:44
motivation there to you is not only is
13:47
it beneficial that you're getting work
13:48
done or that you actually moved and hey
13:50
maybe you got some exercise too but you
13:53
are motivated to work to make your drive
13:55
or your walk depending on how close you
13:57
are to your shops right worth your
13:59
entire while when you talked about how
14:02
Panera encourages I kind of remember at
14:03
schools like CSUN other colleges they
14:06
did the same thing too like they they
14:07
wanted you to a library they wanted you
14:09
to go to the food area they wanted you
14:11
to do stuff to kind of get out of your
14:13
element and do what I think they
14:14
directly tell you and you didn't really
14:16
get anything for it but they made you
14:20
know teachers I remember would say hey
14:22
if you don't want to do it in your dorm
14:23
go to the library go to the rest
14:25
restaurant go to the whatever and not as
14:29
much as me doing it but when I was
14:30
venturing through campus you would look
14:33
around and you would see clumps of
14:37
for what I'm assuming was doing work I
14:39
don't know what they were doing but they
14:40
were out and about doing their stuff on
14:42
their laptops and reading doing whatever
14:43
so the motivation is there when you
14:46
realize that you just put effort that
14:48
you didn't want to make you're like well
14:50
I might as well make the best of it
14:52
let's you know let's do some work right
14:55
right and again Rob I'm going to go back
14:59
all of this when you work with other
15:01
people or you're surrounded by other
15:03
people it makes us feel better it just
15:05
makes you feel as part of a community
15:08
rather than you're locked in your room
15:10
somewhere and I mean I make the choice
15:12
to work remote and so do you you make
15:14
the choice to work remote very hard but
15:17
what happens is all of us who work
15:19
remote and I'm sure and I'd love to hear
15:20
from our audience when you work remote
15:22
and you're sitting in your office or in
15:24
your kitchen or in your bedroom in that
15:26
little Nook or wherever you have your
15:27
desk and you're the only one there
15:30
sometimes it gets very lonely and so you
15:35
want to get up walk around and maybe go
15:37
off to the coffee shop or the restaurant
15:39
Maybe not maybe you not you don't want
15:41
to and maybe not me either but every so
15:43
often I will do it I will do it but
15:46
that's also because we both like our
15:48
offices Rob we both like the space that
15:50
we work in that is true right and so if
15:53
you are sitting in a space that you
15:55
don't like but you are working from home
15:56
maybe you're a solopreneur or an
15:58
entrepreneur or whatever you are
16:01
um it's a great way to get out and meet
16:03
other people and network who knows who
16:06
there you go so I'm just going to do one
16:08
more off of this before we go because
16:09
that actually is a great segue to our
16:10
second one but the last one I'm going to
16:12
uh bring up is uh the background noise
16:15
so a lot of the times coffee shops uh
16:17
places like Panera will kind of have on
16:19
General music now I don't know if you
16:21
know I'm sure you do or those out there
16:22
uh that's part of how they get you to
16:24
come so I don't know you know the the
16:26
color of the building the uh style of it
16:29
the reason why McDonald's m is yellow is
16:32
because somebody down the line noticed
16:35
that yellow made you buy and happening
16:38
and happy so that's why the m is such a
16:42
bright neon yellow so background noise
16:44
is great now one could say you could do
16:45
that at home as well and personally for
16:48
me because I am very picky on my music
16:49
choices I'm happy to put on my my
16:52
Pandora my Spotify whatever and play
16:55
something there but sometimes the hustle
16:57
and bustle maybe hearing people talk in
16:59
the background the pigeon is flying
17:01
outside whatever it is might be kind of
17:03
a little bit of a fresh air and you know
17:05
I talked about their therapist before
17:07
even when I drop just a daily Drive
17:10
outside even though I'm in the car we'll
17:12
stop at the park staring at the dogs at
17:14
the dog park I might see the same dog
17:16
three days in a row but it's still
17:19
something you don't see often and that's
17:21
the background noise so to speak right
17:24
that the Juices Flow but I really wanted
17:27
to jump into the last part here which is
17:29
the the desk and we've been waiting for
17:32
this for a while so as you mentioned
17:34
office setup is super important not just
17:36
for reliability and usage but you got to
17:38
make it fun and cozy and of course I
17:40
think mine is the best that's my
17:41
personal opinion I'm biased rob you have
17:44
the best well there you go I guess I'm
17:46
not as biased as I thought I'm gonna
17:47
make you consider so everyone can see it
17:49
oh there you go okay so these are
17:51
actually when I did have my bookstore
17:52
these were from the bookstore and these
17:54
are very hearty bookshelves I picked it
17:57
up from a Pier One style uh store that
17:59
was right next to me actually
18:01
um these things that moved with me
18:02
multiple times a couple of Nicks and
18:04
scrapes but these things hold up well so
18:06
that was the first thing that I wanted I
18:08
wanted something in my office that would
18:10
hold all of my goodies right
18:13
secondarily most of my posters are out
18:16
of view however I did get this this one
18:19
right here that I thought was really
18:20
cool I got off of Amazon and I wanted
18:22
something colorful to break up the black
18:25
lastly you know obviously I like my
18:28
little toys and stuff like that but you
18:29
know it's a bookshelf you put books on
18:31
it so you can see we have some of my
18:33
Classics like HP Lovecraft and Dante
18:35
Alighieri we have some of my Stephen
18:37
King and then of course we've got some
18:38
of my Star Wars and Pokemon on the other
18:42
um it ranges from novels to Comics to
18:46
how to draw this is actually uh Krista
18:48
got this movie for uh birthday super
18:50
cool you basically get to draw the
18:52
Pokemon and all that but that's what I
18:59
um something that wasn't you know some
19:01
yeah it's kind of funny nothing too
19:03
crazy which a lot of color but for me
19:06
nothing too crazy but enough
19:09
um what do you call it uh difference
19:10
it's totally inviting you can't wait to
19:13
go into your office in the day right
19:14
exactly I literally come in here more
19:16
often now than I did before because of
19:18
the way I set up the office so I love it
19:21
though now you went the whole different
19:23
right what you're looking at here Rob is
19:29
um and there are so there are uh
19:31
podcasters out there that are on camera
19:33
all the time and I'm on camera all the
19:35
time so I I'm in an office I don't have
19:39
um but I'm rapidly moving into something
19:42
new and that is and I'm not going to
19:43
open it up we were laughing about this
19:45
earlier this is a newer
19:47
um green screen and I'm literally going
19:49
to place it across the back and then put
19:52
a picture as if I'm sitting in a coffee
19:58
um on an airplane or sitting wherever
19:59
I'm sitting and that's what's called a
20:01
green screen so I have that and and I
20:05
um office stuff so I have my iPad which
20:08
sits on a little stand over here and I
20:11
use it for some of my shows that's why
20:12
it's there I also also have a desk pad
20:15
that it's messy under there that I keep
20:19
all of my this is where I you know do my
20:22
hand writing and I have several journals
20:24
here that I write in because we all know
20:25
that I love journals and I have note
20:27
cards and then I also have and I'm going
20:29
to pick it up I don't think it'll make a
20:31
difference so I use an external
20:35
uh okay yeah I've seen that before a
20:37
couple of my other uh so I've done that
20:39
with that right the external yeah I
20:42
think it just disconnected me uh okay I
20:45
can hear you well yeah it just turned
20:47
off the one that was on here anyways
20:49
um but it's an external mic and the
20:51
reason why I use it is that because of
20:54
when you're doing podcasts sometimes
20:56
noise bounces off the screen and this
20:58
way the computer doesn't get confused I
21:00
also have a webcam I also have a ring
21:03
light that's above me or actually above
21:06
and Lighting on either side as well so
21:09
my office is more like a studio
21:12
it's a studio that has some working
21:14
workable things over here what kind of
21:17
what kind of office space do you guys
21:18
work in what does your office look like
21:20
let us know put it in the chat we'd love
21:22
to hear how you work we'd love to hear
21:24
what your morning routine is or your
21:26
afternoon routine I know rob you have
21:28
routines in the in the late afternoons
21:30
or the afternoon as well in the morning
21:32
you have routines for everything right
21:34
uh pretty much yeah I know exactly what
21:37
I'm doing at almost every point of my
21:40
day and that works for you right that
21:42
totally works yeah it does and again and
21:44
this goes back to what I said before
21:45
about the books that people write it
21:47
really come you know and again it's not
21:49
necessarily me ranting or raving but
21:51
it's just a the more I watch the less I
21:55
actually care about what they're saying
21:57
because they are showing it from the
22:00
perspective that they've done and that's
22:01
great and I have no problem with them
22:03
doing that what I'm learning daily is
22:09
let me do me and do how I do so for
22:11
instance everybody recommends exercising
22:14
I don't do what they do exercising I do
22:17
it the way I do it why because really
22:19
it's the only way that works for you
22:20
right now so it's less of a punch in the
22:23
gut to the people doing it and more of a
22:25
you do you do you do you let me do as I
22:29
do so that's one reason why you know
22:31
when somebody says hey go you know check
22:32
it out I go thank you but no thank you
22:35
politely because you know I have as you
22:37
said I have my routine done I know what
22:39
I'm doing and if I need a question
22:42
answered or if I need an idea pop on
22:44
Google hop on YouTube go all right what
22:46
does this person do for this oh
22:48
interesting or huh let's try something
22:52
else so really it's a it's a good point
22:54
Rob that's that's a good point and
22:56
because you do you research on YouTube
22:58
and you find those things and yes I
23:01
learn a lot of things that either I
23:03
don't care for or I do care for but I
23:05
definitely know the difference now and I
23:08
know okay this is great and even the
23:09
stuff I don't like I'll just end it here
23:11
doesn't mean that they're bad video
23:12
they're actually great videos I just can
23:14
come out of it and go that's great video
23:16
I'm not going to use it but good on you
23:19
for doing that because that's very
23:20
important talk about
23:22
General and also all you need is to get
23:24
one little nugget right you can watch an
23:26
entire video and just learn one thing
23:28
and the rest of it is like I don't even
23:30
know why they were talking yeah exactly
23:32
right that's one thing but sometimes
23:34
it's worth it just for that one thing so
23:36
we want to remind you guys to go check
23:38
you know pick up this book this is a
23:40
great book again just a choice on how to
23:42
do them if you don't know how to create
23:44
a morning a routine this will help you
23:46
also if you're into making waffles on
23:49
the weekend go check this waffle out and
23:52
check out the actual waffle mix or maybe
23:54
if you're nice she'll send you some
23:55
waffles maybe if you're nice I'll send
23:59
um and then of course the the Keurig K
24:01
uh Cafe single serve K-Cup that's a
24:05
um this is fun even if you don't drink
24:06
coffee you can always make tea or hot
24:10
chocolate let us know what your
24:12
favorites are we would love to hear from
24:15
um and uh as we always do at the very
24:17
end I just want to give you some
24:18
resources because I can and that means
24:21
that we're gonna just give you some
24:22
resources if you are struggling right
24:24
now you can check out the National
24:25
Institute of Mental Health you can also
24:27
go to Nami which is the National
24:29
Alliance on Mental Illness and finally
24:31
988 which is a number that is all over
24:35
and if you call that number and you need
24:37
some help they will direct you to where
24:39
you can get that help any last minute
24:44
um hopefully you guys enjoy it and
24:46
hopefully you enjoy the more open Candor
24:48
that we have because honestly I think
24:51
it's more refreshing and it's time for
24:53
us to share more from what we feel and
24:56
not just kind of give you the facts and
24:58
you know what I mean like absolutely
25:00
absolutely so go out give somebody an
25:03
awesome day Rob we'll see you next time
25:05
we'll see everybody else next
