guess I always started I started as a

young boy I came out of a mom's womb

and you know I think I grabbed a nipple

first I'm not sure but I'm skating I am

I was always you know his little boy I

was always drawn with towards

entertainment you know I used to be that

little kid that used to be in front of

the mirror and you know act like I was a

you know rock star you know playing my

records you people don't remember

I did that always enjoyed that part of

me but I mean I fast-forward I took the

music route I had I played a lot of

basketball had a scholarship to go to

Liberty University but I chose music and

I got a record deal out of high school

and did that for a while then I got

smart got behind the scenes our band

just flopped it wasn't that great of a

record uh but I got smart started

learning the business and got into

management

and spend a long time there writing

songs for people and managing artists

careers uh and eventually running area

of my own record company as well but

along that journey the fast forward not

to bore everybody with the wrong you're

not boring us we like I think people are

really interested in what you have to

now you know back in 2007 I was kind of

frustrated as a creative because I was

doing a lot of you know I was

representing creative people but at the

same time I I was frustrated so I went

back to kind of my roots and I found a

live stream in 2007 I was like wow you

know this is a good way for me to get

you know get back into radio and stream

and and you know do all this cool things

and maybe share my journeys on the road

because there was always something going

on the road and I think it was an outlet

for me because if I went in the radio

stations with the artist I represent I I

think they got frustrated with me

because uh you I mean you came from the

entertainment speaks you understand it

we do radio promotion stuff there's like

a list of certain things that you know

DJs they're told not to necessarily say

you know in an interview that's

something that he needs to be kept quiet

so along that journey I was really good

because I would be in a studio with the

DJs and the artists and what I found was

I kind of liked it but also like when

the DJ's crossed you know cross the
4:52
cross the boundaries a little bit

because then I pop up on the mic and
4:55
they like freaked out like what does
4:56
their managed to do on the microphone I
4:58
immediately shut them down and I was

quick with it I go there's my quick wit

and it you know and it made the artists

comfortable it was kind of awkward I

said hey I got to stop doing that I was

always you know I was I was protecting

my artists and the brands that are
5:12
represented but at the same time like

man I'm frustrated because I know right

I could be in these studios with these
5:17
guys I know I can hang with these guys

so I just said you know what I you know

I'm going to start my own online show

and that's what I did and it was geared

around the music industry and my

journeys on the road I was trying new

technologies out all the time I was a

beta tester for you stream and then

mobilis which is now live stream so I

was always testing these new platforms

out I was really really passionate about

it and just really gained like alright I

really love this space and it did

something to me because my you know my

first love which was music became a it

did become a love anymore became it

became it was almost a marriage that was

gone the gone bad

oh I was I was in love with music but we

just didn't know each other anymore

because how I grasped music was through

my creativity and I was doing it from

the business end so it became I didn't

really know her and I got frustrated

with her along the journey so that's I

found a new love which was live

streaming and broadcasting and radio and

you know through that journey I came

back to my first love because I've

learned to appreciate music all over

again and me and music are good now we

reconciled and we're doing very very

well you know it's interesting that you

day nah I'm gonna refresh myself I know

that about the music and the fact that

it wasn't was like a marriage gone bad

it's i i'm a musician from from a long

time ago i went to school to be a

musician and i found myself as i was on

this journey of being a musician that it

became very tedious as as i was learning

the backside of it and it wasn't it was

no longer enjoyable just being able to

sing all that stuff that was behind it

and i found myself saying that you know

maybe if i if i keep doing this i'm

going to stop my love of music and so i

stopped that part of it so that it

wouldn't lose my love of music so I'm

totally resonating with what you're

with equipment that used to bounce off

the creativity and entertainment value

grasp for this now that everybody has

everybody's kind of get in the groove

but eventually it's a saturation it's

kind of like you're flipping through a

channel and you have to find something

that sparks your interest and there's a

lot to choose from so I really think

that entertainment is going to really

you that TV experience I don't want to

all because like live streaming is kind

of revolutionize how we watch things and

a lot of people don't like the high you

know they like they like this they like

the the feel of like I can ask that

possibly want to ask that person there's

like this wall that's down but I also

think you know when someone can grasp

that and then grab like the

entertainment value and then the

production level they're going to have

something really really amazing on their

of people that's been a you know bracing

social media kind of get it a lot of

people on Facebook that just accept

accepted Facebook and post

uh they're starting to get it a little

everybody is going to be happy about

being on camera and streaming their life

or write whatever they're doing with it

but it's it it I'd say about three years

people are going to really really

embrace it and that you know and I say a

little bit less when once they start

seeing some stuff that reminds them of

television I think the experience and

the growth will happen that the comfort

don't feel comfortable and they'll say

oh that's something that I resonate with

something I've done before and they'll

start they'll start to do that you know

and with the platform that we're using

today the be live it does allow people

shift there's definitely a shift now I

restaurant openings and it was one of

those things where I just said you know

be live stream in the past if I had said

that they would have said what what does

that mean now it's like they jump at it

so I am saying there's a shift at least

on my side of people understanding a

little bit better the power of bringing

the virtual world into their live event

and I could see why people would think

people that in this community of live

stream you're going to build great long

lasting relationships with just because

plant bands used to play in bands to

when when you were starting off it was a

moral support

it was it was like oh man you played you

know someone played the club but we want

both we'd go support that band show up

and do that um but I really see I see

that it you know what they call them

tribes the communities growing but I

think once it's kind of hard I think

we're going to see elevation of certain

personalities that kind of elevate like

I think Mario's doing that really well

always you know he was on TV but now

he's got his own show he's elevating and

I think once you get there you're not

going to be able to connect the way you

want to connect with everybody anymore

engagement up and they don't and I think

that that for me is like a one of those

point right there's an absolute tipping

point where you can't do that anymore

that relationship going then what's your

much going on I'm switching cameras in

the studio I'm looking at I'm monitoring

five streams that are going out looking

at the phone calls through these phone

calls and trying to host the show and

involved it's a lot and it drives me a

little bad I don't know why I do it to

because I like that challenge a lot of
